kotori ducked and quickly kicked lysps legs out from under him this was a fight she wouldnt win if she fought

[Ragnus]

Lysp returned the leg sweep with a powerful tail whip, catching Kotori straight in the chest, a maneuver meant to knock the air out of an opponent. Using this time, he leapt to his feat and began to close the distance.

[Kotori]

kotori got knocked back with an oof but she quickly picked herself up even though her lungs were screaming for air and now she had the looks of a traped animal who wont go down without a fight

[Ragnus]

Lysp had seen that look before. She would not simply give up as he had hoped. In order for his plan to work he would need to knock her out. Throwing his maul to the ground, Lysp made a mad dash for Kotori, his body threatening to crush her flat, his lungs shouting a powerful war cry.

[Kotori]

when lysp took a dash at her she ducked out of the way circling around him so now her back was to the collecter but she was on such an adreniln rush she could almost tell everything that was going on around her

[Ragnus]

Lysp had anticipated her dodging out of the way of such a clumsy maneuver. Wheeling around he feinted to the left before closing his large, clawed hands around the bird girl. "Sstop your sstruggling, Kotori. Thiss iss pointlesss."

[Kotori]

kotori fought wildly kicking scratching biting and most of all beating him about the head with her wings she was way beond reason now and all the animal instincts were taking over so she fought like hell

[Ragnus]

Lysp hissed at the slightly painful attempts to get him to release his grip. "Sssir, with your permisssion, I'll take her to her quartersss." The collector nodded, more than happy to see the thing brought to it's cage. Lysp close is hand over the bird girls mouth before leaving. As soon as he was out of earshot, he began to speak. "You fight well for a ssmall one, but there was no esscape from there, only imprissonment and death. Now, if you do asss I ssay, I may be able to get you out of hear...I'm...ssorry for betraying you, Kotori. But I had my reassonss, let'ss leave it at that."

[Kotori]

the fighting slowed slightly as the words got through to her and she returned to reason"i forgive you Lysp just get me out of here"she whispered terefide at the thought of being traped here for the rest of her messed up life

[Ragnus]

Lysp knew most of the guards in Rygen's employ. He had worked for Rygen for some time, so no one questioned him as he began to walk towards Kotori's cage. When he was certain no one was watching him, he made a quick turn into a hallway. "We'll go grab your thingss. Then we can use the element of ssurprisse to fight our way to the gate. Asss for the gate keeper...well, we'll handle that when it comes I guesss.

[Kotori]

kotori nodded"is it a gate from a courtyard or a gate at the end of a passage?"she asked figuring she could get out easily if it was an open courtyard she could just fly away that way

[Ragnus]

"The gate iss a large, enclossed dome. It will not be eassy." Lysp rounded another corner. Spotting the guards at the end of the hall, he drew his maul and lobbed it in a spinning fashion, crushing both guards before they could shout a warning. Lysp released Kotori and broke down the door. "Quickly, grab your thingsss."

[Kotori]

Kotori snatched up her rucksack and her 2 belt daggers and she armed herself to the teeth totalling in 6 or 7 daggers and then she inseted 10 porcupine quills into the shafts of some of her feathers on each wing so when she beat someone with her wings like she had done to lysp earlier they would be stabed by the quills

[Ragnus]

Lysp surveyed their weapons and thought to the fight ahead. The guards had been taken out before they could give the alarm, but it would not be longer before their absence was noticed. "Come. We musst, go."

[Kotori]

kotori noddled silently but waited for lysp to show her which way was out because she had no clue where she was going
