James scowled and gripped the hilt tighter, his nails extending and darkening slightly. He hung his head, taking a few deep, calming breaths. He was trying his best to be polite to this...this scum, but he would rather push his limits with him. This bothered him, but deep inside, the stress of having to trek through this god forsaken place had him ready for a fight.
He peered up at Talwyn through his hair, a glint of red showing through the black curtain of tangled mess. "In my land, everything, big or small in your case, has meaning to it. I am simply trying to be kind to you stranger, but if you would rather be agressive then allow me to return the favor. I do not honestly care what you think of me or how tough you believe yourself to be. All I know is you shall not insult me, my family, or my cause. If so it shall be the last thing you do with your wretched life." he spat each word out as if dispersing venom in the man's direction, poisoning the air with his words.
He pulled the sword frof the sheath slowly, the large red gem in the middle of the hilt growing a bright bloody glow as the rest seemed to grow duller. He continued to evaluate the man behind the cover of his hair, his eyes burning with passionate hatred towards every single living thing around him. "I did not need to know of your curse anyway, probably just another hindrence to your already overly dilluted strength."

Chuckling, Talwyn let go of his sword. "You got spirit. I'll give you that." Sitting down again, he turned around to once again focus on the deer. "Go gather some firewood would you kid? Surely you can handle that." It seemed he calmed down a bit as he ignored the elf and kept his attention on the food.
Turning his head a bit, he glanced at the elven prince. Revealing the slightest bit of his face in the process. "I meant what I said however. A naive, demon possessed kid does not have the right to call me a freak that belongs at a traveling carnival."
Obviously, the subject was touchy. "Now go get that firewood. If you're a good little boy I might even share some of my food with you." Shifting his attention back to the deer, he remained silent for a second or so. "You still here? Get going already."
((OOC: Sorry. I thought it was Willow's turn, she thought it was mine. So... we were kinda waiting on each other XD
Sorry James ^^"

(OOC: *snore* Erm, uh, huh? Oh um, yeah, no, I was here whole time... yeah no problem man, Its okay.) James rolled his eyes, calming down, restoring himself to his original form, suppressing his demon once more. It was beginning to get quite tiring in all honesty. He released his sword and smirked. "Who are you referring to as a child sir? If we wish to account age into this, though I may appear young to you, surely you must have heard of the elves' uncanny lifespan and strange youthful appearances." he stated matter-of-factly, thingyily grinning at the man. James looked off into the forest and nodded, deciding it would be In his best interest, and for all of them, if he did comply with orders and gather some lumber for the night. He looked back at Talwyn apologetically. "I am deeply sorry if it offended you sir, I meant it merely as a joke." he explained. He ignored being referred to as a child again, knowing that after the long day food was becoming an extremely welcome treat.
