Some say she is a witch, others just someone with powers.
Physical Description:
She is tall, about 5' 8" with short blood red hair cut just abve her neck in a straight line all the way around. No bangs at all. Her eyes are a dull green that always seem to have a distance look to them. She often wears brown clothes that are often showing her mid section and below her knee caps. Skirts are Almost never worn. Her hands are slightly big and covered in Calluses. Her lips are normal and a pink lips. She is a light tan color, though she is originally white white.
Personality:
She is strong willed and stubborn. She is kind, but hold a grudge for ever practically. Don't question her, she will shot you down as best she can. You can often find her gazing of into the distance at the clouds, thinking of all the people that had to leave her because she has lived so long. Translation: She loves for as long as she hates. Her memory is amazing! She takes pride in her heritage and her ability to speak many languages. Her favorite is french, through her native tounge is Serbian. She trys to refrain from shwoing off, thought sometimes she just can't resist.
History:
After being born in Old russia, her parent moved to America, though they Taught her their native tounge, and put her in the best school they could afford, that wasn't really good. Once Ubica turned 18 she moved out and toured the world trying to learn as much of the language as possible. Obviously, she succeeded. in her travels she came upon a person in Germany who told her of her powers which where noe starting to be more promenate. He told her how to harness them and Help her develope them more. Aventually, he died. She Drifts from place to place, keeping a traveler like appearnce and never forgeting a friend. Once cameras came out you could carry, she bought one, and has a collection of Many cameras filled with memories of friends and experience should her memory ever waver. they are always kepped in her water-proof backpack.
Other:
She can control Electricity and make it flow from her to an electical device. She can't age past 20, 21. She memorizes everything she sees and hears, and if she stands on a path, she can see all that has happened on it, and whats going on, but there is no sound and the farther back you go the blurrer. She just closes her eyes and she can see it all happening. Also she can heal a bit faster then most Ex. If she breaks her legs, it takes about 2 weeks to heal versus a month.
