After Omio climbed upon Lyndi's scaley green back she shoved off from the mountian. She climbed high, up parallel to the clouds. Then she thought about Omio, he was still on her back and probably frozen cold. Lyndi descended a ways to a warmer temperature.
She really wanted to know what he was thinking. Slowly she descended back towards the ground and had a soft landing. She layed down so Omio could climb off. Flying is a wonderful experience but she didn't want to over do it the first time. Omio would have to get used to it first.

((Uhm... I thought I already made the thread... Whatever, I'll try to play this powerplay off.))
He was on, holding for dear life on the takeoff. It wasn't as rough as it was rumored, but it was still kinda rough. Once they got to a moderately high altitude, Omio relaxed a bit and began to let his composure go straight up. Then he felt the cold. "Aye, it be cold!" Then a drop was called for. Lyndi probably managed to notice the fact that Omio was cold only due to the fact he was shivering - although he wasn't sure that she'd notice through such thick scales. "Thank you." It was still cold, but not as bad at least. He began to look around instead of focussing his sight on the dragon. His eyes went rather wide. Screw anything else, that moment just caught Omio in quite a good well of happiness. "I'm speechless!" If Omio wasn't happy before, he was FAR more than overjoyed now. His sight could even spot quite a few things around here that struck him as familiar. One tree he had to hide in for a day to keep from being spotted, a rut or two that he made to hide himself in later cases... There was more, but I won't go on about that. Anyhow... It took him about 2 minutes before his excitement went down far enough for him to speak more. He remembered that they were in the sky, and moving fast, he'd have to almost yell. "I envy you! You are able to see the heavens anytime you want to! But nonetheless, I shouldn't envy you too much, you can morph after all, and that alone is enough to make any envy you." He then thought in Lyndi's shoes for a second. "You're probably tired of people envying you, and I know you dislike being used. However, the world is as it is, and people and such are all used. Grief, I've even been used once or twice. But I don't let it get to me - it allows me the profit of practice, if nothing more. That alone is basically getting paid to breathe." He paused for a second to realize he rambled. "Why, I'm just a rambler today! Sorry about talking your ear off!"
((Oops. Sorry for the somehow long post.))

Lyndi shifted into her elven form," I'm glad you enjoyed the ride. I'll take you flying again if you'd like but not right now. It's going to get dark soon. We should find someplace to make a fire and settle down for the night."
She walked away from the mountian into the trees. She didn't want to go deep into the forest, just in far enough to be protected from the open. She gathered some sticks and twigs and wood that was lying around sutible enough for a fire. She came to a small gap between the trees that looked like a good spot. she placed the collected wood in the center and started the fire there. The was plenty of room around the fire so the fire wouldn't spread and they would be able to get a peaceful sleep.
"are you hungary? I can catch you something and cook it over the fire otherwise i'm going hunting and will be back shortly."

((...from what I've read, we pretty much fell to death. But I'll assume we landed, and all that. Advance, much?)) The landing wasn't rough, and the camping area was a lucky find. The tinder found along the way was decent, too - not too wet, despite the recent rain, and almost perfect for lighting a fire. Lyndi then suggested hunting for food, and here's where Omio's forté kicked in better than expected. "Pfft, I'll have a lot caught before you'll have one - Bow and Arrow or no. Unless you-- No, starting a competition on this would be too risky. Nonetheless, I'll be back." And with that notion moved off to that direction, He dashed for about 5 seconds, and he vanished from Lyndi's sight - and he knew it, too. I'm going to have to restock on some new camoes around here... He then found his first target - and relatively soon, too. A mountain goat - however, assassination wasn't in order - these things had to be met head-on, and killing them took agility. He then ran at the thing and stopped, standing in a more noticible fashion. The bull then spotted him, recognized him as a threat, and began to run at him. He had to wait for the right timing... too early, and he'd land the wrong way and barely do any harm. Too late and he'd meet horns the hard way. It was fast approaching. 65 metres.... 45.... 20.. NOW! He leaped, turned, and was early - however, he could still manage a kill. He pulled out his dagger as he began to land on the bull, and he tried to logde it at the spine. The blade, about the size of a Kris, missed it's mark by an inch, but it was good enough if he lodged it right. "GRUEUEUUEUUEU" Perfect. He landed the hit right - now to out-dodge the thing. It took one run, and he jumped over it, using his hand to help vault him up higher. The second run from the bull fell short - it collapsed before it could get within 5 metres. This one was weak. He then grabbed his daggeer, wiped it on the skin of that goat, and began to drag the thing back to the campsite. This hunt was rather quick, and used what he normally didn't. It took him a while of dragging - about 6 minutes, and finally, he was at the campsite. "Tol'ja I wouldn't be long." He took off his right hand to notice he nicked it on the outside part of the calm - the opposite side of the thumb. Must've been on that vault - I think I managed to just scrape the tip of the horn... Well, I didn't notice it, and it isn't bad, so I shouldn't worry myself. He slipped his glove on and began to drag the goat closer to the fire.

Omio had disappeared right before her eyes. Lyndi jumped back in surprise. How odd? Well she wasn't quite sure what to do, but she didn't have to wait long. Omio returned with a mountian goat.
Lyndi looked at it hungerly, but she restrained herself for pounceing and eating it right away. it would taste better cooked and omio had a right to eat it too, after all he killed it.
She smield at him when he returned," Wow that was pretty amazing, how you dashed off so fast."

((Should I drag Ipsen in as like... a stalker? I need to kinda work on him a bit.))
After hearing Lyndi surprised once again, Omio could actually bask in his skills once again. "Remember how well I camoflaged myself back when you scared me half to death? Seeing me vanish here was just an example of what I do best." He then set an example by moving 3 steps and, by Lyndi's perspective, nearly blend in perfectly with where he stood. He then turned around and blew his camoflage, but the demonstration was in order. "See? Almost like a transparency trick. I can't do that so well in towns, but I can still use my skill to nearly cloak myself from all sight." He then dragged the goat closer to the fire. "I'm going to need a stick - preferrably with the bark off, and the length of a spear." He knew better than to go for such a thing himself - from what he heard once or twice, elves pay attention to details like that. "However, if the bark is still on the stick you grab, I can whittle the bark off."

"Interesting power, and very useful," Lyndi smiled at him.
"I'll get a stick," She smiled playfully. She morphed into a panther black as the night without a moon and stars to light the world below them. Lyndi flicked her tail playfully and started off looking for a good sized stick. There was nothing on the ground so she looked up to the trees for some help. She soon found a decently sized branch and pounced and clawed her way up the tree. Then she jumped out on the branch full forced and the branch snapped and fell to the ground. Lyndi tore off the end twigs and clawed the bark off. It took her some time but the job was done. Now to haul it back...
Lyndi Shifted into an elephant, and prayed no one else was around to watch her, because lephants didn't live in the region. She rolled the log up in her truch and made her way back to camp. But she had the feeling someone was watching her.
(Yeah, does that help make it easier to put Ipsen in?)

I am going to OOC post that you can only have one of your characters in a thread. If you want to take out this one, you can, but you cannot be posting for both characters in a thread. You will need to pick one and stay with that one or switch out and stay with that one. No back and forth.
Please continue posting as normal after this post. Thanks.

((...You don't want me to try it...? Mm'kay))
Omio, seeing Lyndi go as a panther, (and return as an Elephant later on made him smile) gradded two strong branches that forked and set them up in a fashion for cooking at the fire. Good thing for balance - he almost fell in. He then noticed Lyndi return - as an elephant. "You don't exactly care about who's out here, do you?" He made that bit of small talk as he grabbed the stick that was taken all the way here, opened the mouth of the Goat, and impaled it through the mouth - He stood the stick up for a few seconds so that a bit of the blood could drip out, it wasn't much though. "...and now to cook this beast... Problem is, I believe that I alone won't be strong enough to lift this right."

Lyndi used her trunk to help him lift the goat over the fire so it could cook. After it was in place she shifted back into her elven form. "Well I do care, I don;t want anyone to know that I'm a shapeshifter, but It was simply easy to do the job in an elephant form. Although, I do think someone was watching me, just that feeling you know, and the hair on the back of my neck stood on ends."
(i think we should make up a villain just for this rp, but it doesn't have to be one of our characters, just someone to make things more interesting)

=========== OOC ===========
==================== RP time. ==================== "If you wish for none to know of what you are, don't exercise what needs to be kept hidden. Or, to translate into simpler words, If you think someone is watching you, then don't morph - just keep natural. If you get discovered whilest morphing, or are too out-of-place, you'll be investigated, and quite possibly attacked or used. Which is why I've learned the skill I have early on, and honed it over the years. My knife skills, as I was... Why am I speaking loudly? If one is watching, they may obtain information from us." Omio was keeping an eye on the goat, making sure it cooked properly. He began to whisper instead - low enough to vastly shorten the earshot, but not enough for Lyndi to be unable to hear. "As I was going to say, the knife skills I attained as a child is prized among many and they wish for me to hone that skill. In response, I learned the methods of hiding - to the point of hiding in an obvious spot and not being seen. Nonetheless, I did eventually work on my knife and daggre skills, but at my own, leisurely pace. I wager that by now, I would be able to out-perform any master of the dagger." He went loud again just to confuse anyone within earshot. "Except myself of course, but that would be so unlikely I'd choke of eating too much first.

Lyndi was about to respond when four men stepped out of the darkness of the shadowed woods surounding them.
"well, Milo, we thought we would get lucky just stealing dinner off of these two, but we really scored with the girl." One of them called out.
"Let me introduce my and my...friends." One of them stepped up, "I'm Milo, and we are but humble theives, wanting a meal. But I believe Zuto is right, we may just get soomethign worth while out of you." He said pointing to Lyndi. "A beautiful girl, but also able to shift into many beautiful animals. It's a rare gift, I'm surprised you would use it so freely."
"I made a mistake I won't ever make again." Lyndi hissed at them. She crouched low ready to strike out if one of them got to close. She wouldn't let them take her. she refused to be used fir her talents as a slave or entertainer, or so they could kill her and use one of her pealts.

Omio noticed the 4 men come out of nowhere. Dammit, good thing I whispered. He then went extremely... Boorish? No. What word am I looking for...? Serious? Myeh, that word works for now. Anyhow... "Lyndi! Turn into a bird!" He then too 4 steps to the side and vanished - the 4 that were watching the scene were probably shocked - and until about 10 seconds later, they had no idea what was about to happen.
Except Milo, right about... "Hnng!" ...Now. His throat got too constricted to say more - Milo was being help up, randomly, instantly, and by Omio, the transparency trick himself. The dagger he had at Milo's neck was very tightly grabbed - were you to see past the glove, the knuckles would be white. "Now - you guys can either keep doing what you're doing, and We'll kill you all, or you can go away, and we'll pretend this didn't happen. Make your choice, or I'll make it for you. Making quick waste of you all would be simple." Omio then gazed at Lyndi and hoped that she would getna connection with his thoughts - anything was worth a shot right now. Screw the snake - Dragon - NOW. Eliminate threat pronto.

Lyndi Shifted into a panther black as the night around them. The shadows created by the fire flickerd gently over her soft fur. But she remained fearce and the Milo's men backed up. She hissed at them, and they took another step back.
"We will just pretend this never happened." Milo said. His men looked at him in shock. He signaled for them to leave and they did. Lyndi followed them away through the darkness to make sure they weren't planning anything. She growled at them and they moved quickly out of the area.
Soon enough Lyndi returned to the fire by Omio, she shifted, "We won't be hereing from them again," She wanted to say it proudly but it was her fault they came in the first place.

"Good choice. I hope you have a nice rest-of-the-day." He released Milo after turning so that Milo couldn't go after Lyndi again without bumping past an already-about-to-kill Omio. They 4 left, the other 3 first, then Milo. "...Idiots. Be glad I let you all live." He then shifted his way to the fire, noticing as Lyndi followed suit. He then heard an undertone in her voice. "You're not in direct control of those fools, are you? How can you be responsible for someone else's actions?" He paused. "That's right - you can't. It's a hard lesson, but it has to be learned. There's more to survivng out in the wild than meets the eye. Sure, there's food, but that's all that prople see. There are animals out here that I would care not go near, as well as the terrain. I don't think walking across quicksand is a good idea when you can crawl over it." By now, he was probably getting a confused look. "Quicksand is just sand and water, with a hollow-ish part below. If you make sure that you're not poking at the surface of the Quicksand with a peg, or a foot in my case, you'll float on top and just keep on going. Oh and let's not forget about people like those fool that just went by - they may be out to hunt, or to capture people, but nonetheless, that is where hiding tactics and stealth maneuvers are useful." He stopped to get his breath. "Survival out here means more than all of what I listed. If you want to learn how to survive, you'll have to stick with me for a bit. Before too long, you'll have all the basic maneuvers you'll need to even out-do me."
He then moved the topic slightly. "Can you shift into a snake? If so, then I believe that form will help you best in hiding. If you can do things right, you could sneak up on people, like I did, and possibly assassinate, or merely seize control of the situation."
