Name: Ariana Calmacil
Age: 312 (19 human years)
Race: Elf
Class: Archer/Priestess
Job: Princess of Tabeth'El, but she'd do anything not to be. She is currently in Valear disguised as a wandering peasant without a real steady job- for the moment.
Apperance:
The outfit is something Ariana would wear anywhere but in court. Otherwise, she'll be dressed in Something along these lines:
Of course, she will always wear her ring with the royal seal on it in case of an emergency. Only the royal family of the Tabeth'El kingdom can wear them. It shows that she is part of the bloodline. However, she rarely uses that authority.
History: Ariana comes from the Elvish Kingdom of Tabeth'El. It resides in a land about 400 miles west of Valear. There, her father, Gelmir Calmacil, rules as . Which would, by default, make her princess. Her mother died giving birth to her, so Ariana never met her. But, she has many pictures and stories of her mother, and can only assume what she was like.
Seeing as she was royalty, she was taught by private tutors all her life. Not only was she taught things like history and math, she was taught the magic of her people. She was taught quickly to become a Priestess of the Healithoites- the religion of her people. Priestesses know secret arts of healing and protection.
However, casting a few spell here and there never was enough for her. When her classes were over, she would explore the grounds of her father's castle. It was there she learned how to shoot an arrow (from some of the guards). Her skills soon become top of the line- far surpassing any of her Priestess skills. It was then she knew that she wanted to become an archer for her kingdom. However, her father extremely disapproved. He thought girls should do feminine things. However, she wasn't happy with that, she knew that she would be able to fight one day.
Then, on her 16th birthday (309 Elf years), her land fell under siege. Armies from the lands to the north began to ruthlessly attack. Many fell at their hands, and even more were wounded. Seeing no other options, her father opened the castle as a hospital for wounded soilders. Of course, Ariana quickly volunteered to become a nurse to help the wounded. She worked there for three years doing all she could. But, for every two men she healed, four more people came in near-dead.
She knew that she needed to do more than sit here and heal soldiers that would come back hurt ten times more hurt than they did before. In her father's library, she had read about a land that had great might and power. All she could think about was...maybe she could enlist their help. She knew her father would say no, so she had to do it without knowing.
One night, she sunk out of her father's castle with nothing more than her bow, quiver, some of her magic items, and enough food and money to last for a few weeks. See sunk onto the next boat to the land of Valear. She now wanders around it's streets and forests, trying to find anyone that would help her land.
Personality: Ariana is a quiet girl who, ever since she came here, doesn't talk much. She has one mission, and won't let anyone else or anything else stand in her way. She isn't quick to trust. But, when she does, she is a good friend to have on your side. She is loyal, brave, and persistent. That is, if you're willing to help her in return.
