Physical Discription she has a 13ft wingspan and her feathers are a soft blue and grey like bluejay feathers she is extrodonarily light for her size and age wheighing only about 95 lbs because of all the stuff thats been done to her genes
Personality: kotori can be rather skitish and moody to the point where people think shes bi-polar but once you get to know her she is really quite the chatterbox
WARNING: this kid is an expert with daggers and if you piss her off she will mess you up
History: kotori was a genetic experiment some wack job scentist thought it would be a good idea to implant a human embreo with bird genes and see what would happen well she was born with bird wings hollow bones and an internal compass not to mention a kick butt fight or flight instinct when she was 9 somehow she got ahold of a dagger or some sort of knife and killed the scientist and his team before escaping and no one knew who did it now she roams the world looking for a place to call her own she has found that rabbits make a good meal and that you can also find a good meal by going through trash cans usually it depends on the night though
