Following the stream }{ open

In between two mountains off the beaten path lays a small glade with lush trees and bushes. Though covered with snow these trees flourish and seem to go on for ever into the sky. in the center of this glade is a small stream. The stream glistens and sparkles even when the sun is no where to be found. Many of he animals have left this place and those who are left are larger then before.

On one side of the stream you see a wolf though he is much larger then any average wolf he walks up and down the banks drinking from the stream and watching to make sure no one is here. The wolf has silverish blue eyes and has jet black fur he seems lonely but guarded and it seems he has been this way for a long time.

[Kotori]

kotori woke up beside a stream disorentated and confused she somehow knew that this wasnt her home forest she sat up slowly and froze she was staring into the ice blue eyes of a large wolf and she knew that if that wolf saw her as a threat she was a dead birdy

the wolf circled around the girl. when she woke he shifted his weight to his back legs. he growled a low deep growl. it was a warning as he readied himself to pounce. his eyes showed compassion and a wish to not fight but this was his territory and he did not what this girl intended to do with this place.

[Kotori]

kotori remembered watching a wolf pack once and she did what the submissive wolves did she rolled over so her belly was bared to the wolf she just hoped the wolf would except this without attacking her

kigore swung around kotori and it has been a long time someone had been submissive to him. he walked away from her and as he approached the water he seemed to evaporate and reappear on the other side of the river. he leaned down and drank from the water and he lifted his eyes to hers. he then sat at the edge of the river and watched

kotori sighed in relief thankful that the wolf took it as a sign of peace as she sat up and watched the wolf unmoving

he stared deeply into her eyes and almost like a faint whisper in the winds u hear "What is it you need? his head tilts and begins to lick his paw to clean himself

[Kotori]

"nothing at the moment brother"kotori said quietly looking right back at the wolf

(she acknowlages him as brother because in her eyes he is a brother of the forest)

his head turned wondering why she heard him first try. he walked into the stream and across to the other bank he sits at her feet. "what are you doing here?"

[Kotori]

"i do not know i just woke up here all i know is i am far from my home forest"kotori said toying with her hair her wings itched which ment she probably had something stuck in her wings

he stared at her and he turned away"you can have it i want to leave this place" he begins to stroll slowly out of the clearing

[Kotori]

kotri followed the wolf "wait why is it you are the only animal that i can comunicate with brother?'she asked curious

[dandanscan]

"most animals have drank the water and ether died or left. the water changes you i dont suggest drinking it" He stop and tilts his head and he looks out into the clearing and he sees nothing but trees and he begins to walk again.

[Kotori]

"the way i am you would think there was nothing left to change"kotori sid quietly from the air flying now her large wings hardly making a sound

kigore looked at her and kind of scowled at her "Stop feeling sorry for yourself you have a gift enjoy it or you might as well drink the water and let it corrupt you."
