Saranath purred some, gliding and stretching old and tired wings. Searching for possible food, her ruins glittering about in the morning light. She would remain hidden for the day. Though Hunger still nibbled at her. The Village ahead, just might do as a snack. She hissed circling above it, the only sign of her being above it was the down wind from her wings. The most visible is the blue streaks from the ruins light.
Once she surveyed the area she landed beside the town. It'd been a while since she'd consumed any humans, a favorable snack for any Dragon. Her tongue flicked out through the air, tasting sweet scent. Saranath hissed once more, steams of visible smoke rising from her flared nostrils.
This village was small, but it may give her enough strength to consume a much.... bigger food source.

Under the bed of a random citizen's home was a crackling sound, a burning sent, an eerie presence, while two children where playing in their room with simple wooden carts and dolls. One child sense the sizzling sensation of a campfire first with his ears, and then his nose. But the sound was disregarded as out side was a busy market of foods and goods. It could have just been a mouse on its way there. But the smell was abnormal.
"Do you smell that?" He asked. "Smell what?" the girl replied. Her facial expression soon changed from playful, to worried. "That" The boy said. Fleeter sharpened his middle finger and made a sharp screeching noise as he dragged the claw across the wooden floor. The girl dropped her doll. Her lip quivered slightly. "It's coming from under the bed..."
The boy fought off many monsters, dragons, witches and trolls in his head, as many boys did at his age. He felt no fear. He headed toward the bed. Smoke started to mist from underneath, and he felt heat when he knelt next to the bed. His hand, now trembling grabbed the sheets covering the bottom of the bed, his mind, now racing, wondered if whatever it was, will pull him into the underworld. Fleeter, licked his lips all around as the curtain came up.
The boy caught sight of the demon. Under the darkness of the bed, Fleeter's eyes glowed crimson red, and bright enough so the the boy could see his face. Fleeter opened his mouth wide, glowing bright green as if he would spit poison. With clear fangs and a salivating mouth Fleeter lunged toward the boy. The boy fell back, screaming, crying and ran to his mother downstairs. The blankets fell back, hiding the demon again.
The girl knew this kid well, and was surprised that he ran in such a fashion. She wanted to see what was so scary, and felt it was her turn to be brave-- as he would always give her a hard time about her fears. She pulled back the blanket that covered the opening from under the bed.
She saw nothing.
Fleeter had already slipped out of the room with a cloak of invisibility from the opposite side of the bed. There was an open window located on the wall on that side, if it wasn't already open he would have broke it in a clumsy fashion. He laughed, climbing busily up on the side of the tall building. Maybe there would be one less hero in the world. He felt good about himself, and nodded in agreement at the thought. The streets were busy with everyone one minding their own business. But no area filled with humans was no place for any demon or monster. He stayed invisible with his hood on, and held his place for a while to regain the little magic he had used up.
When his magic was restored there was a gust of wind, and his hood opened his face. He didn't want it open yet so he placed it back on. It blew off again. He placed it on again. This happened twice more, until he got irritated with the wind. He yelled at nature with a bratty, immature, and squeaky voice, coupled with a raised fist. "Hey!! Don't tease me!!" He looked up as if to see the wind's reply, not realizing that you can't see wind, and saw streaks of blue floating in the sky. He tilted his head right, then left, following it. "Ooo... Pretty..." He smiled.

Saranath landed, standing near the edge of the town. Wings spreading and fanning some before closing. She eyed the sky, taking note of the few hours of light left. She gave a low audible rumble. Her head lowered seeing a few children and their parents walking along, she smiled, rearing her head and spewing a thin jet of fire from her nostrils, cutting off their path.
The small family of course panicked and looked for ways to run, but would not get the chance. She was sure to cause more fires, cutting off their paths. She watched them scurry, entertained. Though her foot prints showed in the snow as she stalked in closer to feed.
Her head reared once again before grabbing one of the shrieking flesh bags and consuming them, picking up two of the others.

Fleeter was drawn by the the blue lights, and he started to slowly climb the building as focused as a lion hidden in the bush, and as moth drawn to candle-light. He made it to the top of the building, but a second later the light started going farther and farther from him. He pouted his lip. It headed toward a corner of the town. Quite a distance away it was.
Fleeter recalled a distant memory of a little blue fairy he played with in the forest not too long ago. The blue color was enough of a resemblance for him to associate the lights with something pleasant. Even though the shape of the lettering was no where near the same. He lifted his hands and held them his chest, fingers curled away from him like an iconic bunny cartoon would, and he started to hop from building to building toward the curious streaks.

She jerked her head back snapping up the remaining humans, the fire died down as she swiped her tail. Brushing snow over the ambers to put them out, though she still felt she remained where she was now sitting. Taking some time enjoy the day. as less of the sun showed, more of her did, a dim image, looking more like an illusion or ghost than an actually dragon. Though it wouldn't be much longer till she'd have to return home to her den, wings drooping a little. The flames visibly flickering around her jaws, tail thumping thumping on the ground some aswell.

As the little demon came closer to his destination there were cries of panic heard in the distance. The cries of panic seemed to disappear all of a sudden. During a hop he saw the last moments of smoke thin out from the attack, but didn't know there was one.
Bounce, bounce, bounce... Then a sudden stop. He noticed a silhouette of something. It was as clear as a reflection in glass. He rubbed his eyes, uncertain if his eyes were playing tricks on him. Instead of it disappearing it seemed to get even more clear. He made two more building jumps and knew that his eyes were placed upon a dragon. A huge dragon. Surely the victims will not be the only ones to witness the beast.
If he came across a human with a weapon he wouldn't dare fight him. But since it was another monster, all Fleeter wanted to do was to prove his strength. To be on the same level as the ones stronger than him. He made his cheeks big with air, and puffed out his chest, and started to make his way toward the beast. But he was still invisible.

Saranath yawned some, sniffing the air abit. She soon took notice to the odd little creature, she tilted her head some before lowering it to examine the tiny being. She knew little of what to do about it, and was full, there was no point in eating or wiping it from existance. Her large claws curled beneath her, as she laid down.
She didnt know what to do about it really, though she smiled, sharp teeth bared. It looked cute all puffed up in such a manner.

The petty demon took his steps closer to the dragon. When the dragon bared her teeth his left eye closed a little, and his right eye opened wider, showing that the teeth were enough to freak him out. When he puffed his cheeks out he already forgot to breath through his nostrils, and so his face turned blue and exhaled a stressed sigh before inhaling for the lack of oxygen. He regained his composure and turned himself visible. He spoke out of character, which sounded like a small child pretending to be an adult. "What chu' doin' in these parts stranger?" He flicked at his fingers, believing that he was a punk way out of the dragon's league. The acting was only fooling himself. "There ain't room for the both of us in this here village." He smacked his lips and spat strongly next to himself-- only to give out a sneeze a moment later.

She watched his tough little act, than laughed abit, "Well, your just the cutest little thing huh" she purred extending her neck to nose at him some, "Just simply adorable, huh?" she snickered. She ran her tongue over her bloodied fangs and needle like teeth. Tail thumping against the ground once again. She felt somewhat tired, very lazy though, forked tongue flicking out from her jaws again running over her scaley lips.

The large tongue went along the 3ft creature, smothering him in saliva and blood of different people. Fleeter played with kids, not just scared them. But what were they to him? He wasn't sure. The sent of human blood stuck onto him as the blood did. But he didn't think much about the blood. The stronger emotion of embarrassment overcame that. He acted big, but it only ended up looking cute.
Behind him, he heard many footsteps coming toward their direction with clanking of metals and footsteps of rough boots, and strong voices rallying up their human spirits.

She smiled simply, laying her head down, a simple illusion still. The sun continued to lower, and when it would sit, that would be when she appeared. Unphased by the oncoming group, she'd seen this many times. Usually ended up as nothing more than another big meal for her. She yawned though, foul breath of course, but was decent enough to aim it away from the little creature. Tongue flicking out much like a snakes, tasting the air again.

The soldiers marched onward to the foul beast that ate the innocent people of the peaceful town. Even though the monster attacked the edge of town, that wouldn't stop any civilian from screaming at the consumption of the victims by something invisible, and the fiery flames that were alight to possibly cook them with. If anyone saw the last few seconds of the meal, they would only see fire for a few moments before it magically went out-- but the slowly appearing dragon reassured the people that this was no accident.
Fleeter caught ear of the soldiers and knew quickly that this was no place for him. He darted his head and eyes toward landmarks and buildings looking for somewhere to hide. Eventually he turned and faced the dragon again. Surely the dragon itself would be the perfect defense! Fleeter smiled his toothy grin.
Soldiers halted at the first sight of the ghostly figure. The people in front seemed to try and back away but the rear end pressed on because of the blocked view. Many veteran soldiers hesitated and while the younger ones were rearing for a fight. Surely they would win! There were around one hundred gathered. Archers kept their distance, and the swordsmen started to charge.
Fleeter quickly dashed onto the dragon's back, in between the wings. While swinging his fist he yelled, "Haha!! You'll never take me alive!!" Petty demons like Fleeter were fairly common in this area, and were really easy to kill. The men and women were surprised to see the strange combination.
