Name: Kozir Nythrag
Age: 29
Race: Blisc. A purple skinned, horned race of people. Their skin is leathery and a deep purple while their eyes are black-blue with an iris of glowing gold or green. Their horns bend back and around their head, varying from being as short as a single finger to the length of a man's forearm. Some of their race are born without horns, who are called "Sy'oir" (pronounced like the English word "sour" with stress on the 'o'), are made members of the priest caste of their society and believed to have a prophetic nature. Their ears are long and sharply pointed, aimed backwards. They have a lizard like tail, the top half of which is covered in a short but thick matte of white fur. A mane of the same fur sprouts around their neck and ankles, used to keep warm exposed areas within their cold native environment. The underside of their forearms are calloused, the purple skin becoming a fleshy pink tone, feeling like keratin. They possess five clawed fingers but only three taloned toes, with another talon sprouting from their heel for balance.
Physical Description: Korzin bears all traits of a normal Blisc male, including the horns which reach to the back of his head. He is bald with black, twisting tattoos across his scalp, ending at his brow. Thin but well built, his arms are muscled but wiry and slender. His legs are more defined in their muscle due to the constant legwork and movement of fighting with a weighted staff. His attire consists of a leather vest with metal plates along the side. While his upper arms carry metallic plates, his right forearm is bare while his left carries a leather cuff, wrapped tightly with a strong metal chain. Leather leggings fastened below the knee and ankle adorn his lower half. His belt hangs with various pouches and trinkets.
Personality: Direct, blunt and rarely subtle unless the absolute need arises. He appreciates the sarcastic and the witty despite this and can end up making cutting remarks to show his like of a person. Due to the amount of traveling he partakes in he will rarely do anything without a price. He is apathetic towards slaves who have sold themselves into bondage, although is much less so about those who've been captured against their will. Another effect of his constant travels is that he has a disrespect and apathy for authority. He will talk to and co-operate with authoritative organizations if it is needed or suits him, but refuses to do anything commanded of him against his will, even if it does mean that a , royal or grand cleric may be insulted when he does not bow to them. His own people hold more of his respect in this area, but they are only slightly spared this.
History: Kozin's mother and father were travelers, and due to his he doesn't remember where he was born, but his parents suspect it was somewhere near a coast. He traveled with his parents for a while, but learned more from the people he met than them, eventually leaving them at the age of only 17 to travel alone. He was tutored in use of a battle staff along with a few other students in the mountains. This is also where he picked up his like of dice and gambling. After completing his training at the age of 22 he left to his own people and took up learning their own traditions and ways, for curiosity more than use. He was offered a place as a shaman of their society after his devoted learning of their spiritual system for 5 years, but left after only 6 months due to his urge to travel. He still doesn't know what came of his parents, but he was told that they had appeared in the same village he trained in only two years before, staying briefly and leaving the next morning. He was told that they might have been traveling with a small child, but no one exactly remembers. Currently he is traveling, usually keeping a purse full of coin via gambling or small jobs offered to him.
