K, main flaw is just the one part of his chin, where you have a line. No line, just shade heavily under it to a point. There's a small section that would just come up shaded, not lined and shaded.

Adding shadows can really help establish emotion. But overall I like it!

It's a great design over-all. But try to add more space between the eyes, and center the chin with the center of the face, which should be easily indicated by the nose's placement. It's nice to see what your character's face looks like. :]
