The Hunt ~Fallon, Hollow, Bean

Fallon stilled herself in the forest, taking in everything that had happened. Her families slaughter, and her wanting revenge. Along with Hollow she planned to hurt the bastard for hurting her family. She pictured Sika in the cave barely hanging on, she left enough water and pre chewed food for a week. Hopefully this ould takethat long though. Fallon glared at the trees around her. There were foot prints ahead and broken plants and leaves pushed aside. He came through here, and in a hurry to.

But Fallon didnt want to run into a trap neither.

Hollow mind could help but wonder at the wolfs injures and touches his scar on his left eye. He catches gleams of Fallon up a head as she scan the Forest, heavy foot prints littered the made path way as if something wanted us to follow. Hollow calls to Fallon "Fallon lets not follow this made path something doesn't seem right." Hollow stops dead as faint smell of damp hemp filled his noise he squats down moving some foliage to find a rope net between them. Hollow throw his bag into it as it's mechanism flings into action hosting his kit up he slash a stray rope to let it back down. "probably more of these about it seems like he anticipated us to follow him though here but if we follow along side we can leave the traps alone."

It wasn't too long ago that the wolf met the girl. At one point in time, he caught a whiff of her scent. Though the girl never said her name was Fallon, one could consider her scent and name as one in essence to the wolf. Even if she did tell him her name, he wouldn't understand much that came from her lips. He trotted along the forest floor, as the scent of Fallon grew stronger and stronger. He recalled the memory of the food that she had offered him, and lapped his lips across his face because of the recollection. His nose was stronger than that of any human-like creature. Catching the scents from far distances allowed him to meet up friends, but it took him a while to get to their location.

Fallon watched in awe as the rope net trap sprung. she was never able to understand human technology, nor even use it. So this was something new to her. She nodded at Hollow, perhaps it was a better idea to go a bit off the path. As long as she could still see it. Fallon prepared to go, and picked up her things, but just as she did, a wolf appeared before them, and Fallon grinned from ear to ear. She dropped her bag, and got on her knees. Almost beckoning for the wolf to let her pet him again, " Hello there again, " She rumaged through her bag and brought out a fresh shot bird. She lowered her head and placed it on the ground, sliding it closer, " ?"

Hollow brushes throw the thick forest looking for Fallon as he had manged to lose her once again. How she passes through this so quickly, if only there was enough space for him to spread his wings he could keep up he thought to himself. Hollow stubble through branches to find her on her knees he calls out to her to wait up and find himself crashing down a small embankment next to her. Hollow now tangled up in vegetation looks up to a large muzzle of a wolf.

When the wolf caught sight of Fallon, he also caught onto her excitement. He started to draw closer to her with his tail raised high, and his nose leading towards the bird. When he was about to take the food from her the male came crashing down next to her. The startled wolf had a moment of panic and made an unthinking reflex to snap his jaw at the sudden movement. He didn't manage to place his teeth on the man, but stayed his ground unflinchingly with his jaws flaring and lips curled next to him. The wolf licked at his own teeth and his wrinkled face showed strong discontent with the man. The wolf froze in place waiting for any sudden movement from the man.

Fallon watched as Hollow came stumbling through the bush, and Fallon gasped. Because the wolf was right there, within range of getting bit. Fallon quickly moved over to where they were, still crouched though. She tried to quiet the snarling beast and comfort him, trying to take its mind of the clumsy man. The wolf was startled, and she understood that. Fallon moved slowly, not wanting to put anymore tension in the scene. SHe placed her hands around his neck and slowly moved her way towards the back of his face, rubbing around his ears. She looked at the beast, with a pleading look in her eye. And she slowly crouched her way in between the wolf and Hollow. Saying that Hollow was with her, and that it was okay.

Hollow was almost stanched up by the beasts jaws few inches closer he would of been inside it's clamp like mouth Fallon darted in between them. Hollow takes the chance to free himself from the entanglement of vegetation and sit up as he watches Fallon communicate with the wolf. He sits and watches as no one word was spoken and yet the simple stares and her petting and whimpers almost like dog behaver. The scene was almost majestic in ways of a human interacting with the animal, but hollow had forgotten she wasn't going to be a full human being for much longer so he thought "Fallon who is that?" he asked.

The still wolf snarled even though Fallon held him against his will. He snapped at the air as Hollow Star tried to free himself. If he was a full wolf he would have snapped at her and probably tore flesh off for pleading at him. But because his intelligent mind gnawed at him, all he could do was only be part wolf. Fallon, being the only human that treated him this way left an impact on his mind since they last met. She wouldn't budge, so little by little the wolf lost his sense of panic. That, she was doing right. Slowly his energy depleted, and the furious temperament faded. He was tense, and a little unsure about Hollow Star. It was obvious that Hollow Star was not phased by the wolf's threats.

Fallon stared intently into the beasts eyes, and sighed as he finally calmed a little. He would still be tense, and she didn’t blame him, but for Hollows sake, she hoped he wouldn’t be to hasty about sticking any limbs out. She kept a hand on the scruff of the wolfs neck and turned a little to face Hollow. “My good friend....” She opened her eyes, she had yet to name him. Fallon was sure the beast wouldn’t like a name, he wasn’t her pet, but she did need to call him something. She smiled, “Fury..” She smiled wider, a succeeding name this magnificent beast. She knew he would get over it, no matter what, she made a impact on this wolf, and she was sure he was to never forget it. “ He isn’t one of my family.. And at this moment im happy he isn’t...” A awful look of sadness overcame her, “ I couldn’t stand to lose at least one more.”

Fallon held back the urge to lash out again and slung the rest of her bag over her shoulder, “ We need to go, we are losing time.” she stared intently back into Fury’s eyes and held them their for a while. She smiled at the fact her brother told her to never stare into a wolfs eyes, it’s a sign of teasing them, and urges them to fight you. Aggravates them he said, unless this beast was different, and Fallon was sure Fury was different.

(( OCC: Bean! Forgot to tell you, not sure if you read of not, but earlier, Fallon’s entire family of wolfs was slaughtered, except for one white female wolf. Hard conflict for her okay?))

Hollow free himself and stand up he brushes the remainder of the vegetation off he looks at the wolf "Fury his name sounds angry, but yes we do need to move on." The band of three venture deeper into the Forest. They Followed the tracks avoiding most of the traps set till the tracks faded." someone was really hoping to catch us in all them traps." begin last in line comes to a stop with Fallon and Fury and scratches his head. "Damn-it why has the trail stop now." he squats and runs his hand over the dry hard ground.

Fury stopped his growling as Hollow Star walked away. It appeared that he couldn't care less about what Fury was doing. He was tense for only a moment longer and then calmed down. He followed Fallon, who was traveling along with Hollow-- so he was technically following him too. But Fury stayed close to Fallon. His body was practically rubbing against her as they walked together. The wolf didn't like the idea of the male leading the way, and still wanted to lash out at him. When they stopped moving, Fury sat close to Fallon, knowing that she wouldn't allow him to do so.

Fallon follows Hollow as he somewhat blindly leads forwards, she looks down as Fury's pelt rubs softly against her legs as she walked. She was really happy she came across her friend again, especially in a time like this. She lloked up to see Hollow stopped, and Fury sit down next to her. She could feel the tension between him and Hollow. Though Hollow was very well unaware of it. She walked up to him and looked over his shoulder to see the foot prints stop.

She raised an eyebrow, unless he had a way to fly, she was sure it would leave a footprint. Then it came to her and she grunted, " A shadow." uaually a being in a human forn that can be real one moment, then just a wisp of air the next. Fallon had come across one before. " These bounty hunters are getting serious." Yet every shadow leaves somesort of trace, a puff of clear smoke that hovers for hours and can almost lift heavy odjects."

Fallon reached down and scooped of a handfull of dry dirt and scattered it into the air. None the less some dirt particles seemed to hover in the air in a line almost.

Hollow watches as the dust settled in mid-air leading to a small opening in the forest a small cave centers the clearance he rushes off to go and investigates the cave. The cave was dark and lead down wards Hollow stood for the moment hesitating to go in as there was a faint smell of rotting human flesh emitting from the darkness of the cave. "Smells like few thousand people have died in there." as his senses de-picked every unique scent trying to find this bounty hunter "There his in there alright." he pauses before saying anything else.

Hollow raises his sword and lunged into the cave as hundred's of bat fled out. He draws back with one impaled on this blade he takes it off and bites down on it ripping the flesh from it body and chews. Hollow turns to Fallon and apologies as he swallows his mouthful "Sorry need to keep my strength tracking is hard work." he finishes off his meal but he knew this wouldn't hold his hunger for long as normally he could happily demolish 5 large cows before begin full.

Hollow take up an usually defense stance holding his sword with both hand, his arms at full length and the tip of the sword pointed down he walked sideways into the cave.

When the bats flew by Fury stood unflinchingly. As they paced deeper and deeper into the cave, Fury started to walk slightly farther away from Fallon with each step. Fury, just meeting up with the two, has no idea what they are looking for, and cannot even comprehend why, since he is still mostly animal. Fury took in the scents, but the smell wasn't disgusting. It made him more curious. Something in the cave was calling him to find something.

All of a sudden, Fury dashes past Fallon and Hollow Star, with his ears and tail tall and stiff.
