Moment's Rest }{ Tired of Running

Anira walked along the forest. Leaves rustled under her feat and thw wind blew hair from her face. She had been walking for days on end. She had to fight off two guards today. She was tired and worn.
She paused to take a deep breath. She cradled her head in her hands and fell to her knees. She didn't weep for she couldn't find any tears. Sweat trickled down her kneck. She was hot. She waved her hand across her face and wind blew around her. She instant cooled down and oxygen went through her.
'This is not my day,' she thought.
For a year, she was able to thwart her uncle's guards. She was growing tired, however. She didn't no how much running she could do anymore. She feared that if she stayed in one place for too long, she'd die. She didn't want to die. She wanted to save her mother and her villiage from her titanous uncle.
She stood up and fell back down. Her legs were weak.
'A few minutes of rest couldn't hurt,' she thought.
She lied down and her eyes instantly closed.

[Ulquiorra]

Ulquiorra was resting on a big branch in a huge tree. He opened his eyes a moment and he saw a young girl cathing her breath. Ulquiorra shook his head. He couldn't believe that people could be that careless. The girl was lying there on the ground completly defenseless if an animal would attack her or a bandit or worse... Ulquiorra glided of his branch, climbed down and stood in front of the sleeping girl. "Y'know." He said while crossing his arms. " If you sleep in the open out in a forest filled with wild creatures you must be pretty confident about your abilities." Ulquiorra looked at her with his normal frowning look. " That or you aren't used to travel."

Anira opened her eyes and saw a man before her. She jumped up and looked at him. She backed against a tree.
Staying close to the tree, she eyed him, "I've been doing nothing but traveling for a week."
She let out a deep breath, "Besides I was just relaxing. Who are you?"

[Ulquiorra]

Ulquiorra swiped of the dirt of his white cloak. Then he placed his hands behind his back and examined the girl in front of him. " Next time you should have picked out a safer spot to 'relax'." He said on his cold tone. " Ah but were are my manners. I forgot to give you my name. I'm Ulquiorra. May i know your name?" Ulquiorra took a small bow.

Anira didn't like the coolness in his voice. She didn't know want to think of him.
"My name is Anira."
She looked at him from his head to his toes. She then tilted her head as if to examine him.
"Well, you're not an elf that's good."

[Ulquiorra]

Ulquiorra raised one of his eyebrows on her comment. " I don't see why it would be bad if i was an elf. Most of them are kind people." Then he started to lower his eyebrow and looked at her with a cold look. " Why are you here in the first place? Selkia isn't a place for a girl like you." Ulquiorra examined Anira good. Then again he didn't knew what this girl could do.

Anira looked at him with a dangerous look, "Why do you think I'm here?"
Anira said in low whisper, "I don't really know if it's any of your concern, why I'm here. Why are you here?"
Anira merely gave an evil smile. She didn't want to tell him the exact reason she was here. She wasn't sure he could be trusted.

[Ulquiorra]

Ulquiorra grinned when Anira looked at him with a dangerous look in her eyes. "I think it is quite obvious what i am doing here." Ulquiorra looked around. " I am enjoying the scenery." He said on a sarcastic tone. His hands were still behind his back.

Anira looked at his him with a tilt of her hands.
She laughed, "I've seen a better scenery."
She remained posted to the tree. Fear wasn't in her nature; she was just cautious. If anyone looked at her now, they'd think she feared the man before her. When she was asleep on the ground, she wasn't cautious but she was really tired. She had gone days without rest. She continued to look at Ulquiorra.

Jada herd voices ahead of her. A male and female voice. Jada couldn't quite make out what was being said but she stuck to the shadows just incase it wasn't a conversation she wanted to be aprat of.

Jada transformed into a panther and ran a few yards away. She crept back up to where the two people were talking. That's all they really seemed to be doing, was just talking. Jada transformed back into her elven figure.

Jada walked straight out of hideing and aproached the two.
"Hello, I was just traveling by and herd your voices. Mind if I stick around? I haven't had company for a week or so."

Anira jumped up at the sound of a female voice. She looked at her for a second. In an instant, she knew she was an elf or atleast a half-elf like herself. Anira fiddled with her hair to make sure it hid her elven ears and smiled.
"I wasn't planning on staying long. Ulquiorra might though."
Anira almost fell on the ground because she was so tired. She tried to stand upright but she fell anyways.
"On second thought," she sighed, "I'm about too tired to walk."

[Ulquiorra]

Ulquiorra sighed when he saw Anira fall on the ground. He reached out his hand to help her up. Then he turned towards the newcomer. "Ofcourse you may join us. Looking at Anira it seems we will be here for a while." He said with his normal cold voice. " I am Ulquiorra." Ulquiorra took a small bow. "And who are you?"

"My name is Jada," She said giving Ulquiorra a small curtsy. "I can build a small fire to keep us warm for the night." Jada offered.

She didn't wait for eaither of them to respond, she just went about collecting twigs and branches. She put them in a pile and started on makeing her fire. Soon enough flames licked ot the wood, and a fire was born.

Jada made herself comfortable up aganst a nearby tree.

Anira just looked at the girl who called herself Jada. She sighed and let her eyes close. She wouldn't sleep though. She listen to the crackling of the fire and the sounds of the forest. She was alert at almost everything around her.
She opened her eyes and looked up the people around her. She would of said something if she had anything to say. She didn't want to cause attention to herself.
Instaed she looked at Jada and stated, "They call me Anira."

[jada]

"Hello Anira. You must be tired, it shows in your face? Is there anything I can do to make you more comfortable? It looks as if you've been traveling for days without hardly any rest." Jada was concerned for her new companion.
