Name: Seamus Finn
Age: 25
Height: 5"3
Race: Human
Eye Colour: Hazelnut Brown
Skin Colour: White
Physical Description: A scrawny individual, visibly underfed, with dappled, almost olive skin in places. Finn has a grown chin of long stubble merging into sideburns, while his hair is a deep umber, short and choppy by most appearances, but giving way to a braided ponytail tucked into a large, woollen overcoat. Beneath this, a long sleeved shirt that may once have been called white, poorly disguised by a threadbare waistcoat of knitted yarn. The man is looped by several leather belts, none of which have any benefit towards a frayed pair of dark, tanned breeches, dotted with pouches and affixed coins. It is rare for him to be sighted with boots, and his bare feet show it, well worn from a nomadic existence in which travel is key. But the footwear, like almost all his possessions, are strung up on a modest hide-skin pack hauled over his shoulders.
Jewellery: His left ear is pierced with a gold loop ring, and over his neck hang four weighty red coral beads from an unimpressive cord. Tucked beneath his shirt is a medallion from the Order of Lilith.
Markings/Tattoos: His right wrist is inked with the points of a compass. The most obvious markings are intense bruises around his neck.
Wields: A short, rigid cane that is topped and tailed with silver, the top piece of which is engraved with a flourishing pattern, and the initials "I.F." Can also regularly be found with a trio of dice rattling together in his palm, or playing music to the audience of any public inn.
Personality: Incredibly happy, and good spirited. A kind and comical man, who has put his anxieties, for the best part, behind him. He would attempt to befriend even the most inhospitable.
Strengths: Dancing, gambling, and playing the fiddle.
Weaknesses: Drink, and making allies of the wrong people.
History: Seamus, or Finn, as he is commonly known, was born of Tamasha Village innkeepers twenty five years previous, and has since taken such places as his natural port of call. A given talent for gambling, he made his living as an honest example of skill in the game, and grew well accustomed to those who tried to cheat and fool their way to victory. Yet it was in this field that his current lifestyle was forced to manifest.
Four years ago, he got in to what he presumed was a normal round of cards with a city guardsman. But at its end, when Finn had claimed his victory, the guardsman, bitter at defeat, accused him of cheating. As it stood, the guardsman's sway exceeded his own, and the matter was taken up by the village elders, who had at times themselves been the victims of his nuisance. It was decreed that Finn be stripped of his citizenship, and forbidden from walking the village streets at night. Because of this, he has become an extensive wanderer, still bright in his frame of mind, but affected, somewhere beneath his facade. He worships Lilith, a mysterious deity praised by some and despised by others.
