Character Personality: Ouka is sweet and outgoing, she is very flirtatious, but be warned she is a thief, and loves rare things, especially if they are shiny. She will steal anything for anyone… for a price. She appears really sweet and naïve, but that is just a cover, she is a lot more intelligent than she looks and very mistrustful of other people she doesn‘t know. She always remains on her guard. Ouka uses her transformation abilities to get into homes. (if you saw a cute little puppy on the street, that looked lost, wouldn’t you bring it inside your home??) She is mostly an elemental mage, she prefers wind and earth over anything else. And lastly Ouka is multi-personality, if she has an assassination job she shifts over to a more serious form. Unfortunately she can’t remember anything she has done once she shifts back.

Cheerful Personality: Her hair is a light blue, and she looks a lot more human than elf, her eyes are a deep blue and she wears the outfit of a dancer.
Serious Personality: Her hair is a light blue, she wears a ribbon and a clip to keep her hair out of her eyes, and keep her eyesight sharp. She wears traditional elven clothes, and has her bow and arrows as her weapons. She looks more like an elf in this form.
Character History: Abandoned as a young child (age five) Ouka had to struggle to survive. Through that struggle she developed two different personalities, her serious, will do anything to survive personality and her friendly, happy go lucky personality. She doesn’t really have a home still but lives on the streets and any place she can find to stay at. She has very little money with her, but hey, she is pickpocket. Since she is woman nobody ever seems to suspect her, that is how she has survived for twelve years. She has traveled a lot, but remains a loner because she has yet to met anyone she can trust.
Fears: Fire, Storms
Likes: Wind, earth, running in one of her multiple forms and feeling the wind.
Dislikes: Cruel or Vain people
Weapons: She mainly uses her magic and shape shifting abilities, but she will use bow and arrows as well as her daggers.
Armor: She dislikes armor because of its weight and would rather take the risk of no armor. Besides wouldn’t it look suspicious for a pickpocket and a thief to wear armor and it makes it more difficult.
