It was her first day in her knowledge that she had headed into this part of the woods. The woods, she had been informed from an old hag on her travels, which were known as the Selkia Forest. She had remained unseen for many of her travels, roaming up in the trees but she had encountered few social beings that were apart from the ferocious beasts that possessed and prowled this area.
Saelia was finally on the boarders of the forest, facing scenery on none she had ever seen before. There was a village, mountains, a ridge, a lake and way off it could be seen there was a desert. She set up a small camp of shelter, not wanting to head too far into domain that was not the forests, she thrived on plants, and without them she would grow weaker for sure. Her cream skirt was dirtied in places and her coffee brown top was ripped, signs of the struggle she had outdrew in the deepest middle of the forest. Her emerald eyes scanned her new residence for signs of something she could live off, there was a river near, which meant there was food near, but for tonight, she would only gather the food and rest. Leaving her possessions under her shelter she headed out into the open, carrying her flask and basket to hold her fare and water. Settling down by the riverside she began to sort water into her flask, unaware of any presence that might have seen her.
[Okay, this is a very short post for me, but it is my first . . .]

Roril carefully walked through the depths of Selkia Forest, trying not to disturb any of the forest-dwellers. The sun was high in the afternoon sky, however the thick foliage of the forest blocked much of the sunlight from shining upon the leaf-strewn forest floor.
As the Drow walked, his hands were upon the hilts of his scimitars to block the incessant clang clang of the blades within their sheathes. After a long venture through the thick forest, the sound of a stream reached Roril's ears. Roril approached the stream to replenish his waterskin, but stopped abruptly. Roril saw a young woman kneeling at the stream refilling her own flask. Wanting to avoid any contact, Roril quickly dashed behind a nearby oak and waited to see the young maiden's intentions. It's okay, mine was pretty short too. -

Tompy saw the young woman stop to fill her water flask up he also saw the drow walk up behind her and then dash behind the nearest tree. then he tought to himself i wonder if this guy is good or bad also I wonder if this girl can swim well.
Tompy then stretched his great bat wings then shot down from his perch on top of the great tree, when he passed over the girl he kicked her from behind hard enough that she would shoot into the water. landing on a high branch above the drows head he looked down and said to him you had better save her the rivers flowing rather fast

*As Azuriel walks through the forest, his new found friend runs around with the energy of a little child.* Where did you get all this energy? Just a few moments ago you were backed into a tree hiding from that boar. haha. *He holds out his arms, letting a small baby fox like creature jump in and cuddle in safety. He strokes the cubs bright red fur looking into his eyes.* I don't suppose you'll be leaving my side anytime soon huh?
*Azuriel breaks eye contact, looking into the sky thinking about people he has met and never got the chance to know.* Well, I guess I could use a friend. Just one problem. *He glares back into the animals eyes with a slightly comforting smile. The creature raises his head and starts licking Azuriels face.* We need to give you a name. Let's see here; Red skin, purple eyes, Blue tipped tail. hhmmmm. *Azuriel scans the woods noticing an opening, feeling the smooth flow of water.*
Hold that thought little buddy. The river is just up ahead. Once we refresh ourselves, we'll get you a name. *As the two draw closer to the river, Azuriel slowly lets down the little critter, watching her rush towards the water. Azuriel finally makes his to the opening, dropping to his knees. He swoops some water into his hands, bringing it to his hand for a sip. A small decent sized log flows by and catches Azuriels attention. A small grin makes it way across his face as he jumps into the river grabbing hold of the half withered hunk of wood. He draws his katana, raising it to the sky, swiftly bringing it down and slicing the log in half.*
Come here girl. Come on! *The Critter struggles to swim over towards Azuriel, at times sinking into the water. Azuriel sheaths his sword as he Makes a temporary current to bring the small animal within grabbing distance.* Here we go. I gotcha. *He sets the fox into the curved board, juming in soon after.* It's been a while since I've done this, hehe!
*All of a sudden, the water downstream is quickly retreating towards Azuriel, bringing massive amounts of water under him. Azuriel has begun to create a huge wave in which the two were atop.* READY. HERE... WE... GO...
*In an instant, a wave taller than the trees is sent foward, as the two ride with excitement.* WOOHOOOOO. *Azuriel throws out his left hand gripping the side of the log, while tightening his hold on the fox. The wave suddenly picks up speed as Azuriel commands, the wind is harshly pushing on his face, forcing Azuriel to squint his eyes.*
------------
*A few moments later, a small woman can be seen standing at the edge of the water.* Oh no! this isn't gonna be pretty. Removing himself, from the log, fox in hand, Azuriel jumps further down the tidal wave shouting with everything he has. He lands at the base of the tsunami surfing it on his feet.*
HEY LADY!!! GET OUTTA THE WWAAYYYY!
