Name: Gypsy (Or Valera...not very likely she will get called as such, though)
Age: She's unsure but she looks to be about 18-20 yrs.
Race: Infallibly Human or so she thinks
Physical Description: She stands up at 5'11". She has green eyes and long waist-length chocolate brown hair. She is currently wearing a flame-charred-once-white-gold gown. She is easily mistaken for a peasant.
Personality: Naive, "wide-eyed" to the world and the dangers in it. She suffers from amnesia due to whatever accident happened that ruined her gown. She almost has the mind of a child in some ways.
History: Several decades, nearly a century, back a powerful lich decided to conduct an experiment. He would marry a peasant girl, one that couldn't complain. He found the perfect girl a few towns over --she was mute. He hastily married the girl and then the experiments began. He tried to conventionally have a child with the woman, but since he was half dead the children were still-born. Once he was about to give up his wife gave birth to a screaming baby girl, Valera. His wife, which he had no true attachment to, died in the aftershock of birth.
He decided to try again but this time for a boy. Again, his wife went through many different pregnancies until she died trying. He remarried again and to a girl of noble blood and on the first try they had a son. He was happy and content with his experiment. He had a son, Dana.
Once Dana was born there was no more need for Valera. He ordered her to be killed, immediately. She was born a girl and that was her curse. Her mother's best friend would be her savior in her younger years. She went into hiding, raising the girl herself. However, as Dana grew up he was taught to fight and he was eventually given the task to kill his sister.

Side Bit: Dana has NO idea Valera is his sister. He probably wouldn't care anyway as he is going after his father's fortune and wants to someday kill him for it. He will happily kill Valera, sister or no.
Valera/Gypsy loses her memory getting attacked by her brother but her magic saves her. She doesn't really know she has any special powers either...she's just sort of clueless about them. Magic will eventually come naturally to her, since she was born half human and half lich. She does "decay" slower than most humans do so she is bound to be older than she looks.
