This is Emily my original character, might RP with her for a bit to get back into it since I know her better.. Let me know if theres anything I should fix. Thanks
Name: Emily Anwar
Age: looks in her 20’s
Race:
Physical Description: Stands very tall for a female, and has long dark black hair that it sometimes pulled tightly up in a bun. Emily has golden cat-like eyes that often help speak for her when words do not work. This also has beautiful dark caramel skin, that goes well with her usual black attire.
Personality: Emily usually comes off very mean and angry, mostly because she doesn’t smile very much. Though quite to the contrary, she is tough because she has to be in the strange world she has to live in and from the things she has gone through. Emily is also very honest, you are never unsure of where you stand with her.
Powers/Abilities: All vampires at a certain age get to choose a specialty power, which may be bestowed upon them or rightly denied. Emily chose the power of Spirits, it is a very difficult area of powers as not many vampires are given permission to take on this area. Emily was given these powers, and uses them well.
History: Emily grew up in a small shack-like home miles from town. Her family was very poor and did not have very much to live on. Emily’s mother did the best she could with very little to create a good home for her only child. Her father was very abusive, and would often come home drunk if his work was not doing well that day.
One day the little girl and her mother were cooking in the kitchen, hoping to get dinner finished before father came home. Standing on a small stool, Emily could see out the window that her father was making his way up to the home, having to stop often to balance himself. Golden eyes turned to her mother excitedly, “Mommy! Daddy is home early!” The young girl’s mother seemed to turn very pale, though her daughter was excited she knew it was not a good sign he was home this early. “Emily, I want you to go to your room and stay quiet… remember like those other times right?” The little girl looked up at her mother and nodded, then ran off to her room. She was used to having to hide when her father was angry and abusive.
A few minutes later she heard the old screen door slam and it was quiet, but Emily knew to not make a sound or move. The caramel colored girl heard yelling and hits that made her wince as she sat in the corner with her eyes closed. It usually ended there, but the small helpless child heard crashes from objects being thrown. Emily began to silently cry, as she heard her mother also being thrown around in the next room only a few yards away. Holding herself shaking, Emily lifted her head when she heard her mother screaming, “Emily run! Get away!” Without thinking the young girl did as she was told, Emily climbed out of the window and ran barefoot on the dirt road not really sure where she was going.
A few days later, Emily found herself in a large town she had never been too. Very cold, dirty, and the little girl walked along the streets as it began to rain. People walked by heading to shelter without even noticing the soaking wet child. Then a very tall, pale, and thin man did notice Emily. He bent down in front of her and gave a sincere smile, even though he looked kind of scary, Emily somehow knew he could be trusted. “Do you need help little girl?” Golden eyes looked into his colorless ones and nodded. The strange man held out a large hand with long fingers which Emily put her small caramel one into, and he led her to his home.
