OR Photoshop cs2-4
It's the better image manipulation program out there

they're awesome to say the least. Wish I could do stuff like that, but all I got is my crappy paint (which is good for pixel stuff and... erm... thats it?) and my over-complicated GIMP which I find over complex with everything kind of just shoved together and not ordered out properly so you can achually so what you want to do :S
