Explanation Phlogiston: An energy resource created by the Techno-Gnomes. It is used in their every creation to make their machines work. It is a gas collected from the air and distilled into vials of liquid phlogiston; Produced by phlogiston collectors, vials of liquid phlogiston contain a precise mixture of oil, water and gas. Liquid phlogiston allows smaller boilers to burn at tremendous temperatures and pressures that enable portable tinker technology and gigantic vehicles to operate. It is a secret fiercly guarded by the Techno-Gnomes and it doesn't look likte it that they will unreveal theri secrets anytime soon.
Physical Description: As every Gnome race Techno-Gnomes are small with a head that seems a bit to large to fit on the body. This is only due to the large brain inside. Rossa had a dark skin colour, which seperates the Techno-Gnomes from the other gnome races. Red glowing eyes gaze from their sockets with an intense burning fire that reminds most people of a forge. Long silver hair is tied up in a tail. For a gnome Rossa has a good developed chest.
Due to her clothing people look at her like she is the strangest thing they ever saw due to the fact most Valear races aren't commin with technology. On her head she wairs a white bandana that keeps the dirt and filth out of her hair. Her eyes are protected by a pair of green tinted engineering goggles that are always being worn.
For protection she wairs a light leatehr battle armor with a phlogiston power core on the left arm and an arclight spanner is strapped around Rossa's left arm. Around her waist is a belt with various tools attachted to. Across her chest are belts with gas grenades attached to it. Rossa is always seen with a big cigar clenched between her teeth.
Personality: Most gnomes are friendly, a bit wild perhaps and they pull of an annoying prank now and then, but they are sill good willed. techno-Gnomes on the other hand aren't such things. They are radical engineers always looking for new things and better ways to create their machines of war. Then most of them become hired arms, selling their services to the highest bidder.
Rossa is, even for a techno-gnome, radical. She always looks for the biggest BOOM! and with the largest damage. And when she found it, she starts to desing an even better version. She is even fanatical about fire and gas weapons and became one of the leading authoroties in Ultramar when it comes to explosives.
There are only three things she loves more then explosives and those are money, cigars and MORE EXPLOSIVES! Because designs for weapons that can level a whole neighbourhood are ratehr expensive Rossa has become, like most techno-gnomes a hired arms. For insane high prices she can be your bodyguard, soldier or whatever you want. As long she can blow things up. Also she is the merchants worst nightmare since Rossa drives a very hard bargain. Commerce is sacred for this gnome.
History:Born in the underground Techno-Gnome capital Ultramar Rossa began learning as an engineer on a very young age, such is the tradition. Soon it became quite clear that Rossa, even for a Techno-Gnome, had few limits and was dangerous on a high level.
And ofcourse this provoked the normal parent reaction. Because Rossa became a danger for her surroundings with her increasing knownledge of bombs her parents had no choice then to be PROUD of her! Believe it or not but radical behaviour is rewarded.
Years passed and Rossa became a well known tinkerer in the Ultramar. Her exploding creations were in high demand and Rossa could have a luxurious life. But it wasn't good enough. A life of luxury became dull and for the thrill of it Rossa became a hireling at the age of twenty-four.

Phlogiston-powered Battle Armor AKA Big Me: A battle-armor made out of adamantium shaped after Rossa's image. The size is 7.2 ft. The shoulders are also a bit bulkier so they protect the head, wich is the thingypit. The arms and legs are also heavily plated to block incoming enemy attacks.

- Left Arm: Hand can change into a grenade launcher mode or into a phlogistion-powered chainsaw mode. The chainsaw can be used for melee combat or to clear a forest path. A flamethrower is mounted on the side that connects to the phlogiston power core on the back
- Right Arm: Phlogiston-powered siege fist. A fist that can be used as a siege ram and can extend to 12ft.
Weak points of the Big Me:
- The joints connecting the limbs
- The Phlogiston-power core on the back
