Winter Frost strolled through the cobblestone path in her human form, her cloak dragging behind her as she went. As she reached the fountain she stopped and sat at the edge of it. Gazing into her reflection. She sat and relaxed for a few moments... As the sun was beating down on her, she decided to start walking again...With a sigh, she moved on. Winter watched all the buildings, seeing the people as she went. 'Are there any other fairies in this town?' She didn't really mind of course, she had never met another fairy anyway...She didn't know what to expect and didn't want to risk her expectations being to high. Her finger nails started to glow red, a sign of anger. Why couldn't she just be like those frivolous, vain flower fairies she saw once. They didn't seem to have any problems. Winter recalled the saying she heard once. 'Ignorance is bliss.' I wouldn't know, I don't believe I've ever been in a state of this blissful ignorance. She stood in the shade of the shadows, just waiting. For what Winter did not know, but she pushed that thought aside and just...waited. < OOC: character bio: unlimitedfrp.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=bios&action=display&thread=964>

Laraine lockner Risk, Raine for short walked through the town, a slight sigh escaping her lips. Pink hair flowed gently down her back as she walked.Purple eyes survayed the town around her. Then she felt her shoulder colide with someone. Purple eyes met blue.
"Oh I'm sorry!" Raine apoloigzed before feeling a chill and shuddered.

Winter looked over the strange looking girl, she had never seen a girl with such interesting colors for hair and eyes. "Oh excuse me! I wasn't looking where i was going!" Winter gave a small smile, although her icy blue eyes looked quite suspicious of the interesting girl before her.

" No worries, its my fault really." A explosion erupted near the two and Raine internally cursed. All of a sudden a demon appeared in the town, causing chaos. Raine turned to the demon, eyes flashing. "Get out!" She pulled a crystal wand from her belt, magic transforming it into a sword and lunged at the demon as it was about to attak.

Winter was shocked at first. She had never seen a demon, nor had she ever been in a fight...All of a sudden she knew exactly what to do. She moved her hands together and her hands started to glow a blue-ish green. All of a sudden a lightning bolt struck the demon and he cowered. Although she felt like she was going to faint, (she just did some powerful weather magic) she was happy it worked...It gave the girl she had just met a few more moments to prepare herself to attack.

Raine nodded a thank you to the blue eyed girl, then she held her sword before her. The blade shimmered in the sunlight. As she swung it at the demon, the crystal clear blade stained red as it impaled through the dark flesh of the demon. She pulled it from the demon as it screamed, falling foreword to the ground. Raine stood back as it hit the ground, sighing in relief as it moved no more. She turned back to the frightened girl and bowed her head. "Thanks for the help."

"Oh, It was no problem.." Winter breathed as if she was holding her breath for a long time. Thats right, she was holding her breath for a long time. She was wiped out from her use of magic, but happy still. "I'm Winter Frost...I'm an Ice Fairy." She introduced herself giving out a hand to shake as she has seen humans do.. It seemed like a fitting thing to do...Wasn't it?
Winter shrugged it off and smiled. This girl in front of her seemed nice enough, even though from what she had seen, she looked like a danger magnet.

Raine laughed gently. Transforming her sword back into a wand, she tucked it back into her belt and looked back to her. She took the girls hand, feeling another chill caress her body and soul. But she ignored it.
"Its a pleasure to meet you. My name is Laraine, but you can call me Raine. Only my family really calls me Laraine anyway." She grinned and released Winter's hand.
An ice fairy, no wonder I'm so cold. I hate the fact I got the same weakness as my family. Part of being half demon I guess.
"Sorry about that demon. Believe it or not it happens to me a lot." She laughed nervously again. "But enough about me. What brings you here?"

(Lawl I'm jumping in! Jeronimoooo!)
Voided eyes flashed open, awakened in a start, as she peered forth from underneath the blue fringe of her bangs. She had never jolted awake like this, not since her mother had come home.....but that was a long time ago, when those like her could live in a large group close to the court. No doubt if there were any like her, they had long since changed.
"Look at me, thinking this way, one would think me an old imp!" The ice fairy murmered to herself, stretching as she stood in the underhang of a building, She kept her form covered for the most part. She didn't want any accusation of things she couldn't control which she slept, so she kept the robe and hood covering her.
Frowning, she stepped onto the fresh snow, possibly the product of her freelancing dreams.
"...I truly should stop such....this sleep....." she mumbled under her breath. Her eyes widened a touch, seeing several men and women running past her in urgency.
"Get the children to the safe house! Quickly!"
She started as she heard a great roar- hood falling back a little to reveal blue hair that seemed to shine like ice.
A demon had fallen, it's black blood burbling and melting the snow forebodingly.
Stepping cautiously, she took quick steps around the body, choosing instead to hide to the side to be able to watch who had felled it, rather than jumping into what may be a fray with distant kindred.
She was curious, but not wanting to get into something that may have slayed a demon so easily.
It was not that she was weak, rather, she worried more for the collateral of the village, and the people who lived there.
