Sian ambled through town. He pulled his cloak around him.
I'm glad I didn't possess someone with more resistance to cold, his demon chuckled. Sian ignored him - it was true, he was always cold. But before the demon had occupied his body, the cold had never bothered him. Now it bothered him more and more - and it wasn't all that cold out. A bit chilly, enough for warm clothing, but nothing terrible.
And yet, it was enough that the demon could speak to him.
"Shut up," He snapped to the voice, ever present in his mind. (Unless it was hot, of course.) "And just leave me-" His words were cut short as he, completely absorbed in talking to himself (Or, that's what others would see) walked straight into a young girl, no more than fourteen and seemed as though she weighed nothing.
"Oh! Sorry..." He mumbled. "Are you okay?" The distracted look lingered a few moments, the irritation in his eyes fading and being replaced with an apologetic look.

She's not entirely human. His demon said before he caught the rustle underneath her shirt. Wings? Yes, wings. But she's not dangerous. More human than not.
He offered a hand out to help her up, his curiosity peaked. "I guess I should watch where I'm going better." He shrugged a bit sheepishly. "I'm Sian. And...forgive me if I'm being foreword, but... Did I just see wings?" It was probably rude to ask, but oh well. He was never one to sugar-coat things to make them easier - honesty was best.
He shifted, his cloak wrapped tightly around him. It wasn't often you saw those not entirely human, especially not out in public.

Sian shrugged. "That's fine. I'm good with keeping secrets," He said. "I was just curious. I've never seen anyone els- anyone that wasn't completely human." Silently he cursed his slip of tongue.
Anywhere you're heading? I can go with you if you want. There are some questionable people in Tamasha, and it's the least I can do after knocking you down like that.

Sian caught the look. He'd seen it before - she was looking for someone to pickpocket. He'd had to do it too at one point in his life, and even though he'd done it he couldn't condone it. He'd been stolen from - it wasn't a good feeling.
"I have plenty of money, I'll buy you some clothes," He said. "I was going to look for a warmer cloak myself." It sounded ridiculous - it was a fairly nice night, and he did have a thick cloak, and he was looking for a new, warmer one. "Just lead the way, I'll buy you whatever you need." He enjoyed being able to talk to someone without them knowing his demonic half. Of course, he couldn't keep her as a friend by any stretch - that wasn't an option. But he could enjoy the company for now, right?

Sian followed her to the market place, browsing through some things himself but ultimately choosing not to bu anything. He'd just bought everything he needed, and after this he wouldn't need to be in a town again for a while, which was his entire aim.
Useless waste of time, the demon growled. Just kill her. She's not completely human, anyways. Shut up, He growled back. Neither am I, with you in my body. The demon said nothing to this, and Sian paid for the new clothing for Kotori. "Is there anything else you need? We can get it here." There were stores that sold nearly everything here.

Airkhasiel wandered the streets of the market in her elven form her pointed ears making her stand out amongst the crowd, elven jewlery glimmering in the sunlight, She was looking for herbs to make a potion with, she frowned. "Star of bethlehem is good for healing..." she mumbled to herself then looking at the heather, chicory and willor which were basic for calming people down but then there was the royal athrema plant which was good for healing potions. She picked it up getting coins out of a small pouch from a knapsack she carried over her shoulder which also contained her potions. "Here you go" she gave the money to the merchant "thankyou very much ma'am" the merchant replied. Airkhasiel then looked around for another store.

Sian's demon cackled... or, something close to it, being a mental voice laughing was slightly difficult. Kill them both! Or I could do it for you, you know. Just relax, go to sleep. You won't even remember it, I promise. It's not cold enough, and you know it, He snapped. Stop talking and leave me alone. The damned thing was certainly in a good mood today - 'kill them' was usually the most pleasant thing he said, followed by much, much nastier things and usually some disturbing mental images.
He looked over and saw the elven girl the demon spoke of, overhearing her talk to the merchant. "Excuse us," He said as Kotori nearly bumped into her. "Star of Bethlehem is for healing?" He couldn't help but ask. Herbs fascinated him, but he never knew what that particular one was for.

Airkhasiel looked down at the girl who nearly bumped into her "Are you alright?" she asked softly and nodded the second figure smiling "It helps with shock or freight and is used to calm the person down when treating them but I was looking for something more specific." she wasn't about to give it all away. Airkhasiel felt something was odd about this guy, why is he interested in healing herbs? she asked herself in her thoughts.

Sian nodded thoughtfully. Since he avoided towns so much, he had to know how to heal himself should he get injured, which happened far more often than he would like. So it was almost a necessity to know what herbs did, what was edible or poison, etc. and he still had a long way to go before gaining enough knowledge to be in the woods and confident of what everything was.
"I hear that Talleywood leaves are good sedatives," He said, "But they're expensive and rare." He shrugged. "You probably know more than me." He offered a sheepish grin.
