New Friends (Nireul)

"I will protect you. Its the least I can do for brining you into this mess. Well basically, I am looking for someone in their group. They know I wish to divert her from the path she is following, so they wish to stop me before I meet her."

[jada]

"who is she? Why do they want her? Where is she? what is she like? O well...I'l let you finish before i ask a million questions," She blushed as she reaslized she was pouring out questions on to him. she smiled again.

"She is already with them, but I feel that she can be reverted from the path of darkness she is currently following." Zack smiled.
"The only problem is that I don't know where she is. Oh my! I'm sorry I didn't introduce myself. My name is Zack. What is your name?"

[jada]

"Lyndi. My name is Lyndi. so why do you have to change her from this path of darknesss? why not just let her live her life. Most people will not care to listen. If she really ahs chosen that path her mind is probably made up. and that still doesn't explain why they are hunting you. shouldn't they be protecting her? I mean you are hunting her right? that would only make sense."

"She can take care of herself fine. She is a very skilled assassin. Well, its hard to explain, but I just want to stop her before she ruins her life forever."

[jada]

"Oh. So tell me more about yourself Zack." She smiled at him. She had a friend. The first one in years. He didn't even know her and he risked his life for her. It made her smile grow until she was blushing slightly.

[xinck]

"Well, I am a nomad of sorts. I came here to fufill my purpose which I told you of. What about you? What is it like being a shifter?" Zack looked at Lyndi with interest.

[jada]

"Well. . . No one knows my secret. I live alone in the forest. so you can almost call me an animal. I had a family once. But the all died. not something i'd like to talk about. but I couldn't trust anyone, because I couldn't tell them my secret. people would gladly enslave me if they knew i was a shifter. I'd love to have a family again, but I'm not so sure it's worth it. If people found out who I really am it could be fatal for me. So I live here in the forest alone, until you came along." She smiled again.

"Well I'm glad to have brought happiness back into your life." Zack smiled. "I'm sorry to hear about your family though...I...never knew what it was like to have a family..."

[jada]

"I'm sorry to hear that. Family is nice. I miss mine. nothing can replace them. I just haven't really figured out what i'm supposed to do without them. I'm glad I met you though. some how I think i was meant to meet you. something about you just shines within. it's like i was drawn to you. I know it sounds crazy but I just can't help but smile when i see you."

Zack smiled at Lyndi.
"I'm glad. Who knows, maybe it was fate that we met here." Zack stretched out his shoulders. 'Would you like to travel with me Lyndi?"

[jada]

"Traveling with you would be wonderful. Where should we go?" she asked him.

Zack shrugged.
"I don't necessarily know where to start off. Do you have anywhere in mind?"

[jada]

"Well, maybe I can just show you my favorite place in the forest. It's quite beautiful actually. But I like to keep it asecret because, I'd be very unhappy if it was ever disturbed." Lyndi lightly grabbed zack's hand and pulled him through the forest. she came to an area that was really thick with brush, bushes and trees. Most humans would avoid the area because of panthers, or bears, but Lyndi didn't care, she was part animal herself so she could hold he own in a fight. She got down on her hands and knees and diappeard into some bushes, "Come on Zack, it's just through here." she called to him.

On the other side of all the thick brush was a small enclosed feild. The only way to get in was where Lyndi had drug Zack through. she checked several times because she often slept here and she knew it was safe from people. It had a small pool of water which was filled by a stream passing on through the thick brush. The little sanctuary was filled with flowers that made everything so sweet. Some of the bushes had berries on them that you could eat. Lyndi loved this place, it had become her home over the years.

"Wow..." Zack gazed in wonder at the sight before him.
"It's beautiful Lyndi!" Zack smiled at her. This had to be the most peaceful place Zack had ever been to on this world.
