"Don't be," She said again, firmly. "I'd rather be helping, or at least with you, than doing nothing at all." That would be the worst thing she could do is sit there and have time to think about what might be happening.
"Well, if you think now is a good time, we can head out," She said. "I guess now is as good a time as any, right?" If she had her way she would delay going to the town as long as possible. Or not go at all. But, then, it was rather unavoidable, wasn't it? "We don't have much to pack up, really, so we can leave whenever we're ready - it shouldn't take more than a few minutes to grab everything."

Len nodded. "Not much at all. But before we go, we should decide whether to rest now, and travel later, or travel now, and rest later - either way, we're arriving at the city within three days. It's normally a moonturn's travel at least from here on foot. I'd personally say travel now, but I'll let both of you have a voice in the matter; you're traveling as well, so I can't really push you guys everywhere."

"No, leaving now is fine," She said. They would have to stop over nights, of course, since Len wouldn't be able to sleep atop a flying dragon yet. (She thought this remembering falling off the first time. Having a dragon catch you mid-air was rather painful, no matter how gently the dragon tries to catch you.) Three days wasn't too bad, she'd been thinking more of a week's time.
After gathering her cloak up she walked over and easily scaled Sarora, perching atop her back. "Anytime you're ready," She said. "I would offer you a hand, but I'm pretty sure you don't need one." She grinned. Sarora tensed with the anticipation of flying again - she flew considerably less than she would like.

Len shrugged. "Fair enough." And he took one look at Sarora. "Ah, so you do like the skies more than the ground. Well, dear Sarora, this is one of your shinier moments." He smirked to himself. Dragons are pretty legible sometimes. "Whenever Sarora coils up her tail, I can use that as a bit of an added step too." And he waited for Sarora to pick up the hint. He knew his shoe would make Sarora's tail feel odd when he used it as a platform of sorts, but it'd be just that; an odd feeling. Alike the feeling of being tickled, but not so severe.

The dragon grinned. Of course I do. Dragons are meant for the skies She said. She easily got the hint and obligingly coiled her tail. If we weren't we wouldn't have wings.
Len, if you could give me a brief picture of this town and its general area I will know where to find it and you don't have ti give any directions. Sarora added. She didn't know the town by name, but if she saw it, or where it was, it wouldn't be hard to find.

Len knew the area very well, and projected the world map, as he knew it, and seemingly 'zoomed' in on the location in mention. Soon enough, the area of the city, and its looks were shown. The detail was a little blurry, but the general idea was perfectly clear. It would be best not to know the city by its name. Even I wonder the utility of its name, to be brutally honest; it has the whole 'mage city' thing down, but aside from that, there's nothing to it. After projecting the mental image, he focussed himself as he hopped on the tail, off the tail to the top of the hind leg, and from the hind leg up to Sarora's back, leaping to a better stop to hang onto whatever was handy. "Ready!"

Sarora studied the image. She knew the area somewhat. With the mental picture, it would be easy to find. Len was right, it would take about three days with stops. Thank you, She said. It shouldn't be hard to find.
Once Len was situated, Sarora wasted no time. She leapt up, far above the trees, and hung for a moment before beating massive wings once, twice and climbing easily into the sky. Her flying was just as smooth as it had been the last time, and she made sure to remain as horizontal as possible during liftoff. Saira settled down leaning back against one of the spiked dotting her back and looked out over the expanse of land below them. The steady beat of wings was broken occasionally as they glided a bit in one direction or the other, Sarora again keeping herself as level as could be managed.
"After three days of this you might be sore," She said. "But until then, what are we going to do up here for hours on end?" Sitting and doing nothing eventually made one somewhat sleepy.

Len shrugged. "If we allow Sarora to, we could all play a mental game of sorts, but as to which one's beyond me - since we can't really move too much up here. That is, unless you want to discuss a few things while we're up here, and get hurdles out of our way first on the mental level... I'm open to questions, and whatnot..." He had a problem of seeming open, and yet suggesting some things.

Saira stared at the clouds below them, massive puffs of white. She didn't think she'd ever get used to seeing them below her rather than above, no matter how many times she flew with Sarora and how comfortable she got in the air.
"Questions?" She asked. As Len had a problem of seeming open and yet suggesting, she had the issue of sometimes missing what was right in front of her face. She'd never actually had to look into things very much, Sarora was always blatantly open with her words.

(( Doing this from cell, and congrats on the new rank.))
Len nodded. "Yeah. Odd that you don't have any..." Sarora, do you hav any ideas? Saira is right about the boredom issue, and I can't think of anything.Do you have ideas? Something that would be fair for all of us... "Was just thinking of a way to get us to think on our travels; as to not fall asleep while we're out and about."
(( EDIT: Two typos, and a bit of spacing issues. ))

whatever you decide to do doeasn't have to be 'fair for all of us' Sarora said, a hint of laughter flavowring her thoughts. Remember, I am the one flying, and am perfectly content with that. It was true - if she was in the air, it didn't matter if they were all going to be dead silent, she would still enjoy herself. you both could play some sort of game. Or learn more about each other. Or just to be content in one another's presence. Or teach her more about Wildmagic. She stopped naming things, turning her head to look back at the two.
*cheers for new rank* ((sorry for the absence: P ))

There's very little I can teach her here and now, and as to learning about each other, I think we've hit a pinnacle on that for now. Though enjoying each other will be nice. And he carefully wandered over to Saira. "The sights from up here are breathtaking..." He'd never really been a fan of heights like these, to be honest, but he was ensuring his security, for the most part. "I'd never be able to even imagine something like this..."

Saira looked out over the land and nodded. "There aren't many people who get to see the land like this." The trees looked like green puffs, and the river like a winging silver ribbon. She drew her legs up to her chest and wrapped her arms around them to better fend off the raging wind. "It's even better at night when you lay down and look at the stars."
She again let her eyes wander over the land. She didn't mind flying for a long time, she was rather used to it, but didn't know how Len would take to it. She guessed the only way to actually find out was to wait.

Len smiled. "I'll just have to wait and see the stars, then. It should help me co-ordinate a bit, too..." And he pondered why Saira had coiled up, having looked her way. "Why... ...are you coiled like that?" He could never figure it out for the life of him. He was fairly warm, however, so he was more-or-less fine - but he didn't have an idea why Saira coiled up. It wasn't impressively cold - though it was noticably chillier than ground level.

Saira offered a half grin. "Because I'm somewhat cold," She said. To be fair, her clothing was worn thin, and didn't offer much honest protection from the elements, "It's not the air temperature that bothers me, it's the wind." She didn't look terribly uncomfortable, it was more of a comfortable curled position, but either way. "Aren't you? At all?"
