Serenity smiled, "Afraid not."
She lightly blew into the air. Her eyes turned as black as night. She sighed as her eyes turned back to normal, "I don't like to use magic, just so you know. However, Cadmus is already at the far end of the village. He used some sort of stone to shield him from magic eyes. The stone is just not that powerful since I can see him."
Serenity looked at Laan and smiled, 'So, what's your story?"

"Maybe your kind of magic is stronger then mine." He said.
The far end of the village, he was a skilled runner then. It had been awhile since he had last magically tried to spot Cadmus.
"My story.." He said. He didn't want to tell be he would. "Cadmus killed most everyone in are village. He was once a hero in are eyes and I his friend helped him fight. But the village lost faith in him and he killed them...no I seek revenge and shall kill him at all cost."

Serenity turned away from him, "Killing someone for no reason doesn't seem right. He did offer to help me though. I would of never have guessed him to be a murderer."
Serenity sighed and shook her head, "Sometimes things just work out that way. We've got a long way to walk on foot. This is going to be....interesting."
She smiled.

"Probably would have used you in some sort of way." He said. "And yes this well be quite an interesting trip."
He looked on ahead and started walking to the other end of the village. When he suddenly stopped and remembered they should pack up on supplies. He turned to a stall that had food and other such things.
"What should we get." He asked.

Serenity looked at him, "I don't know. Whatever you think we need."
Serenity walked on a head and stopped as she sat down oin the grassed and waited for Laan to get supplies.
'This ought to be fun,' she thought.

Laan looked at a few things and placed them into a bag. He left the Shop Owner a big of coins and walked past. He looked towards the ground and said a few words. The footsteps of Cadmus showed briefly then faded away telling them the direction to go. He walked on with out a word.

Serenity sat on the ground for a few more moments. She looked up at the sky.
"Isn't the sky beautiful?"
She liked the clouds and the blueness of it. She liked everything about the sky. It was so peaceful.

Laan let his eyes look towards the sky. The blue sky was very peaceful it was almost as if the storm had never happened. He looked back towards the girl with a smile.
"Yes it is." He said.

Serenity made an effort to stand up.
She smiled at Laan, "Shall we go?"
Serenity started humming to herself as they walked down the road. Her voice was like silk. She hair was like coffee. She smelled like roses. Her green eyes shined like emeralds. Through the bruises and the stuff she's been through, she was happy.

He followed where the footsteps lead. The wind was starting to pick up and blew threw his silver hair. He looked to the girl and smiled, it was good to have someone to travel with. All these years it had just been himself.

Serenity was a lively young girl. She skipped merrily along the trail as she hummed. She stopped in her tracks and groaned in pain once again but she didn't stop it this time.
She turned to Laan, "Sometimes pain is good and you learn from it."
Her smile was bright and her green eyes looked at him as they were full of life.
"Any plan when you catch up with Cadmus?"

"Not really...Never been one for plans." He said.
He watched the girl as she skipped down the path. He never really ever like making plans. They was useless and never really went as planned. He let out a yawn and looked around, he was wandering what time it was. He hadn't slept in days since he first caught onto Cadmus's trail.

Serenity tilted her head, "Well, he did try to take me hostage. That could be used for revenge."
She gave a light laugh.
It had started to rain. Serenity's hair was wet and so were her clothes. They stuck to her skin but all she did was dance in the rain.
Then she sneezed, "It popped up out of nowhere."

Laan's clothes soon became soaked with rain. This weather here was ever chageing one moment it was raining the next dry then raining again. He looked towards the sky and let the rain fall down his face. This time he didn't want to make a shield, what was the use they was already wet.
"Yes it did, This place has some odd weather." He replied.

Serenity grabbed Laan's arm and pulled him forward, "You walk slow."
She laughed in a flirtatious manner.
She sighed as she walked in the rain.
"Now the rain is getting a little cold."
She shivered, "And my clothes are sticking to me."
