Vengeance and Lunch }{ PM Renkhal to Join

[auron]

The florescent yellow eyes quickly shift to renkhal then to the girl then to the other man. "fine" Auron responds standing up and letting both of the girl and the man. "I can be the humane one" he smiles at the two people he was just wrestling to the ground and extends two hands to each of them to help them up.

[nickolas]

Nickolas scowled and got up on his own, ignoring Auron's hand. He was embarrassed, and the fact that the other man sounded like he was chastising him only served to fuel his embarrassment.

He turned and stormed off toward the lake.

as the young man turns his back on Auron, he extends his leg kicking him in the back, "thats for kneeing me....jerk"

[kagami]

Kagami flinched back ready for an attack. Auron grabbed ahold of her with his free hands. “That was not a very bright idea was it?” Kagami struggled against the creature and the unknown man whom she became closer to than she had really hoped at this point.

“EVERYONE FREEZE DAMMIT!!” Everyone stopped what they were doing and turned to look at the man yelling at them. "For God's sake, people, don't provoke him! Sheesh! Auron, just let the two go and I'll set some traps for you to have food, okay? Seriously, everyone just calm down and go to the lakeshore!" Auron climbed off of Kagami and the other strange man and put out a hand for each of them to help them up. They both declined and got up on their own.

Kagami got up slowly and flirtatiously trying to catch the attention of the men. As the man she was entangled with walked toward the lake, Auron kicked him in the back. “That’s for kneeing me… jerk!” And then walked off.

Kagami ran up to the man and held out a hand to help him up. “Hello, my name is Kagami. Who are you?”

Nickolas glared at the snake as he walked past him, and then saw the woman come up and hold a hand out. He took it and let her pull him up.

"Thanks," he mumbled.

"Hello, my name is Kagami. Who are you?"

"My name's Nickolas." He smiled at her. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Kagami."

Renkhal watched the two ignore Auron's offer of assistance and sighed, though that didn't keep him from watching the girl as she stood. He then watched Auron knock the young man over again, and groaned before walking past the two on the ground as they introduced themselves.

"Hello, my name is Kagami. Who are you?"

"My name's Nickolas."

He heard Nickolas start to say more, but at that point he was too far to understand. It probably wasn't that important anyway; getting to Auron and his pack with his trapping materials was his top priority. Hopefully getting those set up to start appeasing the snake man would help the group in the long run.

"Hello, my name is Kagami. Who are you?"

"My name's Nickolas." He smiled at her. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Kagami."

Auron jumps in between the two of them, "my name is Auron I think we got off to a bad start" he extends all four of his arms to hug them both grinning with a smile that Auron most have thought looked innocent. "I'm........... so....rry?" he asks more then a question then a statement.

"My name is Nickolas." He smiled and Kagami smiled back and blushed a little bit. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Kagami." She was searching for something to say when all of a sudden she saw Auron running toward them. Kagami flinched away as Auron extended his arms out like he actually wanted a hug from his earlier meal request. "my name is Auron I think we got off to a bad start" Kagami rolled her eyes, as Auron smiled a creepy smile. "I'm........... so....rry?" Auron tried to explain. Kagami was not only irritated by the proposition of being food and then being held down with some man she didn't know and by a strange yet intimidating creature, but to top it all off, he was interrupting conversation. Not only was he scary, but rude too.

Kagami looked at him and rolled her eyes. "Yeah... whatever." And she walked away.

Nickolas grinned a little at the sight of the blush on Kagami's cheeks, but before anything else could happen Auron stepped between them and pulled him into a hug. He winced and looked over at Kagami. Somehow she had managed to avoid a hug.

"My name is Auron. I think we got off to a bad start. I'm........... so....rry?"

Nickolas still didn't like the snake thing, but after getting pinned down and hearing that other guy yell like that, he wasn't sure getting on his bad side was a good idea. It was only his first week out, afterall. He'd hate to be snake food before he could even get half a year under his belt.

"Yeah... whatever." Nickolas almost groaned aloud in disappointment when Kagami walked off. They were getting off to a good start, too!

He looked up at the snake. If he was released soo, he could probably catch up to her still.

"Hey, don't worry about it, big guy. I'm, ah, sorry for calling you a thing and kicking you, okay?" he told him, still trying to get out of the hold that the snake guy had on him. "Could you, ah, let me go? I'd like to catch up to the lady, you know?"

"No problem sir, i forgive you"

he smiles at the young men,

"oh dont worry! i got you!!"

he says with alarm in his voice, he picks up Nickolas holding him in his arms bridal style. Auron then proceeds to sprint towards Kagami, he pokes her in the shoulder, smiling exposing his fangs and presents Nickolas to her as if he were a gift

"he wants you!"

[nickolas]

"Oh don't worry! I got you!!"

Nickolas grinned, thinking he would be let go and he could go after Kagami and talk to her. She seemed like a good person to have as an ally around Auron, and she was cute too so that doubled his reason to stay with her.

However, before he could even move away, he was lifted up and held bridal style just before Auron started sprinting toward Kagami.

"Whoa!" Nickolas exclaimed, paling and gripping his pants.

One of Auron's arms moved to poke Kagami on the shoulder, and then he was held out to the young elf.

"He wants you!"

Nickolas gaped and blushed. At least, he figured that's why his face got all hot all of a sudden. What if she took that in that way? Of course, not that he'd complain, but that would still be a problem in the long run.

"Oi! Don't say it like that!" he told Auron.

Renkhal found three traps in his pack and started to fix them so that he could go set them soon. They probably wouldn't catch anything until tonight, but he knew that he needed to get them set up. If they were lucky, maybe they could anger a bear or something and he could fell it. That should give them enough food for Auron, and maybe even some for the rest of the group.

Kagami was the first to come into the clearing, looking none too happy. Of course, if he had been referred to as food, he probably wouldn't be either. Especially after what had happened between the three others.

"Hey, you said your name is Kagami? My name is Renkhal."

Before anyone could say anything else, Auron appeared with a pale Nickolas and poked Kagami's shoulder and presented him to her.

"He wants you!"

Renkhal stifled a chuckle, but couldn't stop his shoulders from shaking in his mirth.

"Oi! Don't say it like that!"

That was what made Renkhal lose it. He burst out laughing, rolling on the floor.

[uhtgard]

Swimming under the water, Uhtgard came upon the rising ground which indicated he had come upon the opposite shore. Uhtgard began running up the sand, still submerged under water when his metallic ear holes picked up a "Blee wantsss youb!" followed by a much more clear "Oi! Don't say it like that!" just as he burst out of the water.

As he came out of the water he saw a four armed scaled creature holding a small frightened boy and some other adventurer...of sorts...laughing next to a woman. Seeing them standing there, Uhtgard screams out of his metallic voice box "Run! Run for your lives!"They all look at him in astonishment and he continues, "The hounds of Hell follow close! Flee!"

Just as he screams this, there is a howl from the forest and three fiery dogs leap from the trees.

"Run! Run for your lives! The hounds of Hell follow close! Flee!"

Auron then sniffs the air as if looking for a scent. He drops Nickolas to the ground as his cobra like hood extends.

"HISSSSSSSSSSSS"

comes from Aurons mouth as the heavily armored man runs past him he catches the sight of three hounds. he advances to words them quickly catching one by its throat, pickin it up above his head with one hand slams it back into the ground, crunching its throat in between his fingers. at the same moment he grabs the second hound instantly enclosing his arms around it breaking its neck with a loud crunch as the third dog starts to run past him he grabs the dog 2 hands on its head and two on its rear end he begins to tear the dog in two,

"Yelp"

with the most disgusting sound any of the adventurers heard Auron rips the hound in half and throws it on the ground.

"You were running away from that?"

[renkhal]

Renkhal looked at the three fiery dogs and was torn between running and just laying down and groaning. Seriously, this is what he gets for coming back this way? He didn't want it anymore.

Auron hissed and ran forward, catching hold of one and throwing it down and crunching its throat and breaking the second dog's neck.

Any sane person should, by all rights, be scared witless.

Instead, he turned to the other three and drew out his sword.

"That was too easy, for Hellhounds," he mumbled before turning to Nickolas and Kagami. "If you wish to run, there is a small cave about a hundred feet deeper into Selkia Forest. The opening is very small, but you two ought to be able to get in."

He turned back to Auron and the metallic being.

"I have things to do here. Are there more, sir? I will not back down."
