Vengeance and Lunch }{ PM Renkhal to Join

Nickolas wasn't sure if he was more scared of the snake or the hounds, but he definitely didn't like getting dropped to the ground.

"Oi!" he cried out, indignant. Standing, he brushed himself off and drew out his claymore, coming up beside Kagami.

Auron killed the three dogs, and Nickolas relaxed a little.

"You were running from that?"

Nickolas smiled at Kagami, but that smile disappeared when the other man spoke.

"That was too easy, for Hellhounds." Nickolas whipped his head around just as the man turned to them. "If you wish to run, there is a small cave about a hundred feet deeper into Selkia Forest. The opening is very small, but you two ought to be able to get in."

He gulped, but tightened his grip on the sword.

"I have things to do here. Are there more, sir? I will not back down."

Nickolas looked at Kagami.

"What do you want to do? Fight, or hide? I'll protect you either way."

As Kagami walked away from Auron and Nickolas, she heard them talking but was unable to clearly make out what was being said. "Hey, you said your name is Kagami? My name is Renkhal." Kagami heard the other man say. She turned around and looked at Renkhal and smiled. She was about to say more when she heard Auron take off running in what sounded like her direction. All of a sudden she felt a tap on her shoulder. She turned around to find Nickolas in Auron's arms, bridal style.

"He wants you!" Auron exclaimed with a smile. Kagami heard Renkhal trying to cover up a laugh behind her and she blushed a little bit and giggled quitely to herself.

"Oi! Don't say it like that!" Nickolas said beginning to blush, that made Kagami giggle a bit more. Then Renkhal lost it, he was laughing so hard he was rolling on the ground, that make Kagami burst out laughing as well.

Then suddenly, out from nowhere, Kagami hears a voice yell, "Run! Run for your lives!" Kagami didn't know what to do, she was confused by the metallic creature submerging from the water, she was unable to think, about anything. "The hounds of Hell follow close! Flee!" Kagami looked around, confused, not knowing rather to stay or run.

Kagami saw Auron sniffing the air and let out a long "HISSSSSSSSSSSS" just at that moment three Hell Hounds came running at us. Kagami let out a little shriek as Auron stepped forward ready to take on the challenge. The first dog was up in the air before she knew it and then slammed back on the ground, its throat between Auron's fingers. The second was picked up effortlessly and with a crack of its neck, was also unmoving on the ground. Kagami thought the third dog was going to get away when suddenly Auron grabbed a hold of it, two arms at the front end and two at the back, and pulled the dog apart.

"Yelp" Kagami heard the dog screech in agonizing pain and she couldn't take it anymore... she felt .

"You were running away from that?" Auron asked the Metallic creature. "Running was good thinking on his part" Kagami thought to herself. Kagami bent down resting her hands on her knees in an effort to not throw up.

"That was too easy, for Hell hounds," she heard Renkhal say aloud. Kagami looked up as he turned to her and Nickolas, "If you wish to run, there is a small cave about a hundred feet deeper into Selkia Forest. The opening is very small, but you two ought to be able to get in." Kagami weighed her options, she has had the training to stay and fight, but she wasn't really in the mood to fight right now. She then heard Renkhal say to the metallic creature,
"I have things to do here. Are there more, sir? I will not back down."

"What do you want to do? Fight, or hide? I'll protect you either way."
Kagami saw the look in Nickolas' eyes. He wasn't sure if he would be able to protect her or not, but she knew that she didn't really need to be protected. Kagami looked over at Nickolas, "I want to stay and fight." Kagami said as she pulled out her sword, ready to fight.

While the other Hero’s were off meeting and getting acquainted with each other Jett was already battling it out with the mutts. Before Jett made to the river and decided to search for any of his former companions that had left about 250 miles prior to reaching the river. Jett was in some village with some elfish scouts when an elderly lady had asked Jett to wash her clothes, cook her some food, pay the town courier, etc. Jett never lets anyone in need down so he was like what the hell I’m a nice guy I’ve been there done that I know what it’s like to have nothing so about a day a half later he realized he was left alone with this woman and no matter what he did she would not let him leave because she kept coming up with things that she so needed to be finished. At night he decided to run just run and while running he kept yelling the phrase, “LA LA LA LA LA I CAN’T HEAR U LADY LALALALALALALALALALALAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA BYE LALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALAAAAAAAA!” what a weird f**ker…. Anyway he eventually made to the river and like I said started searching for the scouts.
While looking for the scouts Jett had a bad feeling because the river started to turn a red blood looking color and the sky look to be a jet black such a deep dark color of black that any normal person looking into the sky could feel their soul itself drift off into oblivion itself. Jett kept his hand of the handle of his blade, he made no noise just walked around for a bit and then he heard them…
He turned around to see 15 to 20 dogs steering him down all of which had the stains of green night elf blood seeping through the crevasses of their teeth and turning the ground into a glowing puddle of green which looked like a billion fireflies took a gargantuan crap. Jett awaited the first move from the dogs but instead of attacking they just steered as if they were waiting for some sort of master to give them the alright to tear him to shreds. Before they attacked Jett heard a woman off into the darkness. “YOU WILL LEAVE NOW ELF OR ELSE YOU WILL SUFFER BEFORE THIS WORLD DOES”
“What do you mean suffer Ha no matter what pain or agony u bestow against me you will never know true pain and torment KURR u will never know what it’s like to have every then to see it slip through your fingers, so whatever you have in store for me let’s get this whole thing over with I have adventures that await me K?”
“YOU STUPID, STUPID FOOL”
After whatever crazy freaky chick said this 5 dog’s leapt to Jett’s throat. Quickly Jett hurled his blade through the air knocking four of the beats dead. And then the other dogs quickly sprang into action ripping and tearing and mercilessly tearing Jett’s skin his clothes. A little bit after one of the dogs stepped on Jett’s nose for some reason that infuriated him so much he somehow stood up and started fighting. He took out his bladed boomerang and quickly retired 3 mutts and the last couple mutts ran off towards some odd shaped looking blurs in the distance. After a few moments of enjoying the victory Jett passed out on the ground and just lay there bleeding and half naked.

Kagami looked at Nickolas, and he felt himself straighten in an attempt to look tough. Then she pulled out her sword and said, "I want to stay and fight."

He nodded, knowing that there wasn't much else he could do but that at this point.

"So, do we go off in the direction those things came from, or what?"

[renkhal]

"I want to stay and fight."

Renkhal nodded. He was glad that he would have others fighting with him, though he would have liked for the boy to go hide. He was too new to this, and any trained fighter could see that. The only plus was that he seemed to know how to handle the sword. However, he had also seen him look at Kagami and knew he wouldn't go anywhere without the elf.

"So, do we go off in the direction those things came from, or what?"

Renkhal looked in that direction, and sighed.

"I have business in that direction," he answered before looking at Auron and the other guy. "Will you be going with us? We could use you if more of those things came up."

[uhtgard]

"I have business in that direction, will you be going with us? We could use you if more of those things came up."

"I wasn't scared of those small peons, it's those ones I am afraid of." Uhtgard said pointing to the two house-sized fiery hounds that stepped out of the tree line.

He yanked his broadsword out of its sheath and held it in front of him. "C'mon, you think you can drag me back to hell with you?! Fight me!"

Auron starts to chuckle to him self, his mind thinking finally... "game" he starts to walk forward but notices the ground shaking,

"What the hell are you just stand there for!!!!"

as Auron scolds Kagami and Nickolas i giant head breeches the trees next to them, with lightning reflex's he jumps to Nickolas and Kagami throwing them out of harms way looking up he see what seems to be a giant mouth.

"damn it...."

in the moment that Auron throws the 2 warriors out of the way a hell hound's snout dives into the ground where they were standing.... where auron was standing... the hound rears its head up in an attempt to swallow Auron. In an epic feat of strength he is able to hold the jaw open for what seemed like forever to him. but seconds later the hound closed its mouth, gulping to devour its new scaled meal... It looks back towards the rest of the group eyes set on eating the rest of them...

Seeing the two giant Hellhounds, Renkhal had a fleeting thought of running towards the little cave himself.

However, there was no way he was going to back down now that he announced that was going to fight.

"What the hell are you just standing there for!!!!"

Renkhal looked over at Auron just as he knocked Nickolas and Kagami down, and winced when the Hellhound picked him
up into his mouth and, although Auron fought, bit down and swallowed the snake man.

"Crap!" Renkhal yelled, bringing up his sword and charging the Hellhound. It didn't look like the dog chewed; if they cut him open soon enough then Auron might not be hurt too bad by the hound's stomach acid. Somehow, he dodged the head and drove his sword into it's underbelly and ran, slicing it open.

"I wasn't scared of those small peons, it's those ones I am afraid of." Kagami followed the metallic man’s finger to see two of the hounds standing there. But they weren’t normal sized by any means, they had to be as big as a house. Kagami was in shock at how huge these creatures were.

Then all of a sudden she heard, “What the hell are you just stand there for!!!!" Kagami felt Auron's scaly hands push her on the ground and out of the corner of her eye Kagami saw Nickolas land right next to her. The next thing she knew the snout of the hound landed right where they were just standing, where Auron had ended up.

Kagami let out a shriek as the hound lifted Auron up. “Now look who’s the food!” Kagami thought to herself, unwilling to say it out loud. This was no time to joke around. Auron put up a good fight for a few seconds, then suddenly he was gone. Kagami stood there unable to believe what she had just witnessed. A tear fell down her cheek but she wiped it away before anyone could notice.

“Crap!” Kagami heard Renkhal shout. She looked over to see the man running full speed over to the hound with his sword ready to strike. Renkhal dodged the hounds head and ran underneath it and sliced it open. Kagami began to feel nauseous; this was way too much for her in one day. All of a sudden the world went black to Kagami, she fainted right there on the battlefield.

As the brave Renkhal slices the beast's stomach it howls in pain. The hound rears up and slams down to the ground with a force the ground below Renkhal shakes. The monster maliciously looks at Renkhal as its eyes start to grow it looks like its about to vomit. As Renkhal stands right below the creatures neck to avoid the mis hap that happened to Auron he starts to see white glinting nails cut through the flesh surrounding its neck. with loud rips the neck finally gives with a four armed green familiar sight,

"You are not eating me!"

Auron yells at the creature hanging on to what you to be its throat. As Renkhal stand some one confused he is doused in blood from the beast. Gasping for air the hound is brought down to the ground by the thrashing and VERY upset Auron.

"I wont need to eat for weeks."

he mumbles to him self realizing there is another giant hound heading towards the heavily armored man. Auron pulls back his head like an actual cobra ready to strike. Conjuring something deep when in his throat. his head jolts forward and a green liquid comes flying from his mouth into the right eye of the other hound, exhausted from trying not to be eaten he lets the other take care of the hound hides and starts tending to his wounds.

[/img]Around the time that our favorite serpent was being eaten...Jett finally awoke to sound of what seem to be a heated battle and more of those ferocious dogs. “I….have….to…warn…the…m…abou…h…….r…” He stood up with all his strength checked to make sure his sword, and rang were at his side and he limp and limp. Then he heard a cracking noise drew his blade. “Who goes it? Hello? Is there anyone out there?” the loud clatter was heard once more and then it happened; the ground beneath Jett collapse and he fell… he fell about 30 feet and plummeted to a cave beneath the earth.
“What the what where the hell am I?” “This is so weird this cave has a light at the end of the tunnel over there”
Jett held up his rang to reflect some of the light into the cave. He found hieroglyphics on the wall and what used to be a ceiling; the writing on the wall seemed to be written in what looked like blood and occasionally you could see a red handprint or two. Looking at the floor he found what seemed to be a smooth surface and he wiped away at it with his hand and there was a lever but since the hero has some real crappy luck as is the decided he would let somebody with a little good luck pull it. He overlooked the device and moved on. As he kept surveying the area he realized that about three feet from him there was a pit with spikes at the end. Realizing that since he is a good natured person sighed in relief that KARMA seemed to be shining in his direction for once. Feeling a little light headed from falling and still bleeding pretty badly from battle he began to feel faint once more so he turned from the pit and started for the opening.
“I’ve got to get outside so that no cave dwelling creatures can get me”
With that Jett passed out once more and behind him were about 20 little eyes squandering around in the shadows.

Nickolas hit the ground beside Kagami, and groaned.

Stupid Auron...

He looked up just as the dog ate Auron. He felt the blood rush from his face, and looked at Kagami. She wiped her cheek; he didn't think she would be crying, but death one of those things that affected everyone.

"Crap!"

His head turned back to the other man, who ran forward and barely dodged becoming the dog's next meal before slicing through the stomach. Nickolas felt , but held it down somehow. Barely. However, Kagami didn't fare very well at all, and passed out beside him. He managed to keep her head from hitting the ground, and, panicked, he looked around. There was no way anyone else was going to be able to help him.

"... there is a small cave about a hundred feet deeper into Selkia Forest."

Nickolas nodded; he would take Kagami to that cave, so that she wouldn't be close to this carnage.

It took all he could not to puke when Auron ripped open the dog's throat from the inside, emerging covered in whatever inner fluids as well as drenching Renkhal in the creature's blood and fluids.

"Oi! I'm taking Kagami to that cave for safety!" he yelled to the two before sheathing his sword and lifting Kagami up into his arms. Giving her one last look, he took a deep breath and ran into the woods towards the cave. At least, he hoped it was in this direction. There was only one place that he figured there was even a possibility for the cave, and that was this rocky area that he and his father passed once a year ago when they went on a hunting trip.

After a few minutes he found the cave's small opening and looked at it, and then Kagami. There was no way he could get in while carrying her like he was, the opening was too small. Eventually, he carefully managed to tie her to his front. The opening was still questionable, but he would protect her even if it meant scraping his hands and back. He put on hand up at her shoulder blades and another down just above her rear holding her tightly against him as he slipped into the cave. He winced as his back was cut, and manuevered so that his hands never even touched the rock. Kagami didn't get hurt at all.

After setting her down carefully and pulling off his shirt to put under her head like a pillow, he looked around and noticed that there was another man lying in the cave, his body coated in his own blood. Nickolas hesitated, but pulled one of the two waterskins from his belt before he walked over to the man. His bluish skin and elven ears told Nickolas that the man was a night elf, if his school books were correct. He didn't know much else, because he didn't care to pay attention, but he did recall that much. He cleaned the worst and most visible of the man's wounds, and then went back to Kagami. She should be waking up soon.

He heard a little rustling, and turned around. It was then that he noticed all the markings on the walls.

"What kind of cave is this?" he asked himself. There was a lever, but he wasn't stupid enough to mess with it. He didn't want to set off a trap or something. And there was some sort of a pit, but that meant leaving Kagami to check it out, and he might fall in. There was no way he was going to risk leaving her side in case that happened.

The rustling noise happened again, and Nickolas looked around a little more. Seeing nothing, he shrugged and relaxed. It was probably nothing, anyways.

However, he did pull out his claymore just in case.

Renkhal couldn't help it; he puked. There wasn't much in his stomach; just some cheese and maybe some of his dinner from the night before, but it all came up with what felt like all the acid from his stomach. He was covered in Hellhound blood, and it ranked. If it weren't for the other dog, he would have immediately stripped down.

"Oi! I'm taking Kagami to that cave for safety!" he heard Nickolas yell. He waved a hand to tell him to go, and then turned to go with Auron to fight the other dog.

He was definitely taking a bath before he did anything after this. He didn't care who saw him naked anymore.

After a second, he realized that the dog was blinded by some sort of goo in his face, and the snake man was gone from sight.

"Mother of oceans! What the hell, man?!" he exclaimed before rushing the dog and jumping to jab his sword into the throat of the dog before releasing it by accident. "Dammit..."

Now he had to wait for the damn thing to die before he could take his sword back.

As soon as he was bathed, that snake was so getting it...

It was colder and slightly darker than Kagami remembered it being as she slowly began to open her eyes. Groaning a bit she cautiously say up to see Nickolas sitting beside her. Kagami couldn't help but smile knowing that she wasn't left alone. She looked around and saw another man in the cave. He seemed to be a strange blue color, Kagami definitely didn't know this guy. Wha...what happened? Where are we?" Kagami asked Nickolas with wondering eyes. "What happened to you? And who is that guy?"
